在有杆抽油机的采油过程中,油井偏磨是影响油田生产成本的一大课题。各种治理方式也层出不穷,随着各种防偏磨工具的下井,新的情况随之产生,如抽油机上行负荷变大,抽油杆下行阻力增加,本体弯曲碰壁,承受负荷加大等副作用。尤其在稠油生产井中,加热空心杆的应用虽能解决油稠问题,但管杆偏磨的上、下行阻力也明显增加,作业周期的缩短和能源消耗使问题变得更加复杂。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种耐磨蚀、耐酸碱的空心杆抗磨接箍。
其技术方案是:本实用新型包括主体、空心抽油杆螺纹、密封槽、接触层和内螺纹,主体一端外壁设有空心抽油杆螺纹,空心抽油杆螺纹下端设有密封槽,主体另一端内壁设有内螺纹,主体外壁设有接触层,其中,接触层为摩擦系数小且防腐防磨损材料。
