本实用新型属于建筑装饰材料,特别是一种屋顶复合隔热板。
背景技术:
现有的屋顶隔热板通常使用混凝土板,自重大,并需要支撑安装,不便于太阳能热水器等屋顶设施的安装。
实用新型内容:
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种屋顶复合隔热板,其自重小、无需支撑安装、并且便于屋顶设施的安装。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种屋顶复合隔热板,以聚苯乙烯泡沫板为基质,在基质的上下两面分别各涂有一层防护层,防护层由胶凝水泥、混合硅藻土、木粉等混合后,经高温高压而成。
本实用新型设计的屋顶复合隔热板,隔热、防水、防火和承重效果均高于传统隔热板。并且自重小、无需支撑安装、并且便于屋顶设施的安装。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供的复合吊顶板,图中的1是基质,2是上防护层,3是下防护层。
现就附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明,以“50mm”屋顶复合隔热板为例,基质1的厚度为30mm,上防护层2的厚度为10mm,下防护层3的厚度是10mm。

1、一种屋顶复合隔热板,其特征在于:以聚苯乙烯泡沫板为基质,在基质(1)的上下两面分别涂有上防护层(2)和下防护层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的屋顶复合隔热板,其特征在于:基质(1)的厚度为30mm,上防护层(2)的厚度为10mm,下防护层(3)的厚度为10mm。
