Abstract
本实用新型为一种夹具卡固扣锁结构,该结构具有一夹具头与一下筒夹座,以共同夹固钻头等刀具,且于下筒夹座的侧边卡固有一旋转接头,旋转接头一端的侧边与夹具头的底端面形成有相对应啮合的咬合齿,以调整该夹具头夹固刀具的紧密程度,且旋转接头的另一端开设有一矩形的手工具接孔,以接设手工具作为把手而转动该旋转接头,本实用新型方便使用者调整夹具头的紧密程度,极具实用价值与商业竞争力。

技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种夹具卡固扣锁结构,尤其是指一种具有旋转接头,可接设手工具作为把手,以便于使用者调整夹具头的夹具卡固扣锁结构。
背景技术
车床是工具机械中最主要的一种,广泛的为工业界所采用,这主要是由于车床不但具有多种切削功能,且能适用于各种不同材料的加工,而现代工业日新月异,产品的制作也日益精良,都是由于车床机具研究改进的结果,车床使用的切削刀具包括有车刀与钻头等,其中的钻头均设置于夹具头上,再以钻头接触与切削工件,而且可以随时更换以方便使用。
上述的夹具头具有一调整结构,请参照图3所示,该调整结构是于夹具头本体6的底端夹固有一钻头61,并于夹具头本体6的侧边固设有一旋转器62,旋转器62一端的侧边与夹具头本体6形成有相对应啮合的咬合齿621、63,以调整该夹具头本体6夹固钻头61的紧密程度,且旋转器62的另一端固设有一把手622,以供使用者转动该旋转器62而带动夹具头本体6。
然而,上述的夹具头在实际使用的时候,由于是由使用者以手握持旋转器的把手并转动旋转器,而由于旋转器与夹具头本体形成有相对应啮合的咬合齿,使得旋转器将带动夹具头本体旋转而调整夹具头本体,但使用者以手转动把手时将受限于其手掌的力量,导致于如此的调整方式有一定的调整极限,无法将钻头确实固定于夹具头本体,造成使用者的困扰。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种夹具卡固扣锁结构,该夹具卡固扣锁结构具有旋转接头,可接设滑动扳杆或棘轮扳手等手工具作为把手而转动旋转接头,以便于使用者调整夹具头的紧密程度。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种夹具卡固扣锁结构,该结构具有夹具头与下筒夹座,下筒夹座设有旋转接头,旋转接头与夹具头形成有相对应啮合的咬合齿,且旋转接头开设有手工具接孔。
在本实用新型的一较佳实施例中,该下筒夹座开设有贯孔,且该旋转接头凸设有结合柱,结合柱卡固结合于贯孔。
由上所述,本实用新型与现有结构相比具有以下的优点:
1.本实用新型是于下筒夹座的侧边开设一贯孔,且于旋转接头的一端凸设一结合柱,以对应卡固结合于下筒夹座的贯孔,可供使用者由旋转接头带动夹具头而旋转,以调整夹具头的紧密程度。
2.本实用新型的旋转接头开设有一手工具接孔,可接设滑动扳杆或棘轮扳手等手工具作为把手而转动旋转接头,以便于使用者调整夹具头。

具体实施方式
首先,请参照图1所示,是本实用新型夹具卡固扣锁结构其一较佳实施例的示意图,其包括一夹具头1及一旋转接头2,其中:
该夹具头1是一圆筒体,其底端面形成有咬合齿11与该旋转接头2的咬合齿22相啮合,并于底端螺锁结合有一下筒夹座12,以配合夹具头1而共同夹固一刀具3,例如钻头等,且于下筒夹座12的侧边开设有一贯孔121,以固定该旋转接头2;
该旋转接头2的一端凸设有一结合柱21,结合柱21成圆柱状以对应卡固而结合于该下筒夹座12侧边的贯孔121,并于旋转接头2设有结合柱21的一端侧边形成有咬合齿22,可与该夹具头1底端面的咬合齿11相啮合,以调整该夹具头1夹固该刀具3的紧密程度,且旋转接头2另一端的中央处开设有一矩形的手工具接孔23,以接设一手工具4而转动旋转接头2,例如滑动扳杆等,并由此调整该夹具头1。
于实施组装时,请参阅图1,是将旋转接头2的结合柱21卡固结合于下筒夹座12侧边的贯孔121,且旋转接头2侧边的咬合齿22与夹具头1底端面的咬合齿11相啮合,并利用夹具头1与下筒夹座12共同夹固一刀具3,再于旋转接头2的手工具接孔23接设一手工具4,此时即可利用手工具4作为把手而转动旋转接头2,且由于旋转接头2的咬合齿22是与夹具头1的咬合齿11相啮合,使得旋转接头2将带动夹具头1一起旋转,以由此调整夹具头1夹固刀具3的紧密程度,而由于旋转接头2的手工具接孔23所接设的手工具4为滑动扳杆,可以方便使用者转动旋转接头2而调整夹具头1。
请再参照图2所示,是本实用新型夹具卡固扣锁结构其二较佳实施例的示意图,其与其一较佳实施例的差异处在于该手工具5为一棘轮扳手,并将该手工具5接设于该旋转接头2的手工具接孔23,以作为把手转动该旋转接头2而调整该夹具头1夹固该刀具3的紧密程度,更能增进使用上的便利性。
虽然本实用新型已以具体实施例揭示,但其并非用以限定本实用新型,任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的构思和范围的前提下所作出的等同组件的置换,或依本实用新型专利保护范围所作的等同变化与修饰,皆应仍属本专利涵盖之范畴。
Claims (2)
1.一种夹具卡固扣锁结构,该结构具有夹具头与下筒夹座,其特征在于:下筒夹座设有旋转接头,旋转接头与夹具头形成有相对应啮合的咬合齿,且旋转接头开设有手工具接孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹具卡固扣锁结构,其特征在于:该下筒夹座开设有贯孔,且该旋转接头凸设有结合柱,结合柱卡固结合于贯孔。
