本实用新型涉及一种新式蛋糕盒，包括盒盖和底座，盒盖设有镜子和储物袋；底座为中空结构，侧面设有开口，上表面设有固定针；底座周边近边缘位置开有与盒盖底边形状相同的嵌槽；底座上表面所设固定针至少要有三个并且成三角形分布。使用时，底座内存放刀叉等物品；固定针扎在蛋糕内固定住蛋糕；将盒盖底边嵌在底座嵌槽内，使盒盖稳固在底座上，同时又对底座侧边开口进行封闭；食用完蛋糕以后，利用蛋糕盒内表面的镜子以及提前放在储物袋内的纸巾对嘴边进行清理。本实用新型具有结构简单、造型美观、提高蛋糕盒对蛋糕的稳固性等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种生活用品，尤其是一种新式蛋糕盒。
背景技术
众所周知，蛋糕盒是人们携带蛋糕时重要的用品之一。目前，现有和曾有的蛋糕盒功能非常单一，只能提供装载蛋糕的功能，却无法避免蛋糕在盒内挪动，以至于蛋糕发生变形；另外每次食用蛋糕以后，总容易把奶油或蛋糕渣粘在嘴上，并且食用者不容易发觉，不能得到及时清理非常不卫生。为此我们提供一种新式蛋糕盒非常必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述所说的缺点而提供一种能固定蛋糕，并且食用以后，便于及时清理嘴上的奶油或蛋糕渣等遗留物的新式蛋糕盒。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型新式蛋糕盒包括盒盖和底座，盒盖内表面粘贴镜子，外表面上设有储物袋；底座为中空结构，侧面设有开口，上表面设有固定针；底座周边近边缘位置开有与盒盖底边形状相同的嵌槽；底座上表面所设固定针至少要有三个并且成三角形分布。
采用以上结构后，底座内可存放刀叉等常用物品；把蛋糕放在蛋糕盒内，固定针扎在蛋糕内，同时固定住蛋糕；将盒盖底边嵌在底座的嵌槽内，使盒盖稳固在底座上，同时又对底座侧边开口进行封闭；食用完蛋糕以后，可利用蛋糕盒内表面的镜子以及提前放在储物袋内的纸巾对嘴边进行清理。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、造型美观、使用方便、提高蛋糕盒对蛋糕的稳固性。

1、一种新式蛋糕盒，包括盒盖(1)和底座(2)，其特征是：盒盖(1)内表面设有镜子(3)，外表面上设有储物袋(4)；底座(2)为中空结构，侧面设有开口(5)，上表面设有固定针(6)；底座(2)周边近边缘位置开有与盒盖(2)底边形状相同的嵌槽(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新式蛋糕盒，其特征是：底座(2)上表面所设固定针(6)至少要有三个并且成三角形分布。
