Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种农业上培育秧苗用的营养钵,该钵钵体由纸质材料制作,内部涂有可降解的有机质隔水膜,钵体上分布有洞孔,秧苗育成后,连同营养钵、营养土一起植入大田,对秧苗的根系毫不损伤,还节省劳动时间、降低劳动强度;秧苗长大后,钵体会腐烂,不影响秧苗根系的生长,也没农业垃圾产生。

背景技术
现在农业上培育秧苗所使用的营养钵,为黑色塑料制造的,呈高身盆状,底下有一供渗水用的孔。秧苗育成后,需撕破营养钵,取出带营养土的秧苗,连营养土一起定植;或用粘性较重的泥土用作育秧营养土,苗育成后倒出带营养土的秧苗进行定植。该二种方式都需从钵中取出营养土,如营养土粘性差,倒出时营养土会散开,损伤了幼嫩的根系,影响了秧苗的成活;营养土粘性重,则通透性差,秧苗根系对营养、空气的吸收就差,不利秧苗的生长。定植时要取出营养土,还增大了劳动强度、减低了劳动速度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种能减轻劳动强度、又更利于秧苗生长的营养钵。
本实用新型的解决方案是:钵身用纸质材料制作,内壁涂以可降解的有机质隔水膜,钵底有一渗水孔,钵身上遍布较小的孔。
由于营养钵是纸制的,定植到大田后,营养钵在土壤中的水份及微生物作用下会软化并腐烂,所以定植时,营养钵、营养土、秧苗一起栽入大田土中,不必取出,这样不会伤到幼苗的根系,对秧苗生长毫无影响,还降底了劳动强度,加快了种植速度。钵体内涂以隔水膜,可防止营养钵在进入大田定植前软化、腐烂,不利于育苗。
杯身有孔在定植后的初始阶段,水份能从杯身的孔洞中进入,小苗的根系会从孔洞中伸出,能自然的与田土相融,不致出现蹲苗现象;到早中期根系粗壮时,既使营养钵还没腐烂,根系也能自然的胀破软化的孔洞,不影响根系的生长及吸收。到作物收获时,钵体早已腐烂,不会有农业垃圾产生。

具体实施方式
图1、图2所示的营养钵,是由纸质材料制作的,钵体1上布满孔洞2,其内壁涂覆有可降解的有机隔水膜3。使用时,钵体1里装满营养土,植入种子,待成苗后,秧苗连同营养土、营养钵一起植入大田,可起到省工省时,又不影响秧苗生长;作物可收获时,钵已腐烂,不产生农业垃圾。
