目前，人们所使用的菜刀一般为长方形刀体，刀体上方一角带有刀把，刀体下边沿为刀刃。有些菜刀比较重，一只手握着刀把很不方便，不好用，而且容易把食指或中指磨破。有些用刀不熟练的人一不小心就会切到手指，很不安全，而目前的菜刀缺乏防护装置。而且将食物切成片状或丝状时，食物容易粘在刀上不下来，很讨厌。

本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、使用安全方便的方便安全菜刀。
