一种存取尿液装置，属于医疗器械装置技术领域。病人在医院接小便使用的容器开口小很容易尿到病人手上和容器的外壁上给其带来很大麻烦，化验人员不愿意拿这种容器让病人手持仅拿着取样吸管吸取尿液。该实用新型的技术方案为：插吸管孔台(2)与盒盖(1)固定连接相通，弹性密封塑料片(3)一边固定在盒盖(1)内并在内侧弹性盖住插吸管孔台(2)，盒盖(1)拧在接小便容器(4)上。它的优点是：接小便容器为椭圆形设计很容易接住男女小便并不会尿到其外壁上避免了污染，用盒盖与接小便容器通过螺纹拧在一起密封好，化验人员用吸管吸取尿液时插入插吸管孔台内并顶开弹性密封塑料片吸取接小便容器内的尿液即可。
