Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种无油自润滑轴承,它包括双金属平板、数个螺柱,螺柱的底部焊接在双金属平板上,双金属平板的材料为铜材层和钢材层的复合材料。本实用新型结构简单,安装方便快捷,可靠性高。将现有的双金属平板滑动轴承与螺柱的连接从螺母或卡簧连接改为一体式焊接连接,使对磨面成为完整的摩擦面,减小了无油自润滑轴承对磨面的磨损,同时大大降低双金属板材厚度,降低了无油自润滑轴承的制造成本。本实用新型的铜材层表面轧制有储油穴,涂抹润滑油脂后具有很好的润滑减磨性能,既实现了免维护功能,又延长了无油自润滑轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种滑动轴承,特别涉及一种适用于叉车升降门柱往复直线运动的自润滑平板滑动轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
叉车的铲叉通过门柱滑动升降装置实现上下直线移动,滑动轴承通过螺柱固定在门柱底座上,用于支撑门柱移动付。门柱升降时,门柱内壁与轴承的对磨面产生滑动摩擦。现有的无油自润滑轴承在平板上设置了台阶通孔,螺柱的一端穿过台阶通孔后,在无油自润滑轴承的对磨面上,螺母嵌入台阶孔内与螺柱的螺纹连接,或通过设置在台阶孔内的卡簧与螺柱的连接,使螺柱固定在无油自润滑轴承上。为了能容纳螺母或卡簧,这两种连接形式均要使用较厚的双金属板材,加大了无油自润滑轴承的材料成本。由于在无油自润滑轴承的支承面上设置了螺母或卡簧的安装孔,加剧了无油自润滑轴承对磨面的磨损,使对磨面容易失效造成钢与钢的对磨,导致门柱之间支撑不稳。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、成本较低、可靠耐用的无油自润滑轴承,该轴承使用方便、成本较低、对磨面的磨损较小。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现。
一种无油自润滑轴承,包括双金属平板、数个螺柱,所述螺柱固定连接在双金属平板上,所述螺柱的底部焊接在双金属平板的钢材层上。
前述的无油自润滑轴承,其中所述双金属平板的材料为铜材层和钢材层的复合材料。
本实用新型将现有的无油自润滑轴承与螺柱的连接从螺母或卡簧连接改为一体式焊接连接,双金属铜钢合金平板的铅锡合金铜材层作为对磨面,钢材层与螺柱焊接为一体,焊接连接的强度远高于机械连接,由于本实用新型取消了现有的无油自润滑轴承设置的螺母或卡簧的安装孔,使对磨面成为完整的摩擦面,减小了滑动轴承对磨面的磨损,同时大大降低双金属板材厚度,双金属板材的厚度只有原来的1/3,降低了无油自润滑轴承的制造成本。
本实用新型结构简单,安装方便快捷,可靠性高。本实用新型具有很好的自润滑性能,在铅锡合金铜材层表面轧制有储油穴,涂抹润滑油脂后具有很好的润滑减摩性能,既实现了免维护功能,又延长了无油自润滑轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,现有的无油自润滑轴承1与螺柱2采用螺母3连接,图中4是双金属平板的铅锡合金铜材层,5是滑动门柱。
如图2所示现有的无油自润滑轴承1与螺柱2的另一种连接方式:无油自润滑轴承1与螺柱2采用卡簧6连接。
由无油自润滑轴承1要容纳螺母3或卡簧6,因此,双金属板材的厚度较厚,增大了材料成本。同时由于无油自润滑轴承1上开有台阶孔,加剧了对磨面4即铅锡合金铜材层的磨损。
如图3所示,在本实用新型无油自润滑轴承上,将螺柱2的底部焊接在在本实用新型的钢材层上。
由于无油自润滑轴承1的对磨面4成为完整的摩擦面,减小了对磨面4的磨损,同时大大降低双金属板材的厚度,其厚度只有原来的1/3,降低了无油自润滑轴承1的制造成本。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

1.一种无油自润滑轴承,包括双金属平板(1)、数个螺柱(2),所述螺柱(2)固定连接在双金属平板(1)上,其特征是,所述螺柱(2)的底部焊接在双金属平板(1)的钢材层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无油自润滑轴承,其特征是,所述双金属平板(1)的材料为铜材层和钢材层的复合材料。
