本实用新型涉及一种空心保温砌块,该空心保温砌块是用菱镁材料挤压成砖形空心长方体,在空心长方体内侧的两个立面上分别贴附有与立面大小形状相同的泡沫板,两泡沫板间保留占砌块厚度1/4到1/3的空间隔层。本实用新型在砌块内部的两个立面上贴装泡沫板,在两泡沫板之间形成了空气隔热保温层,由此形成一种具有砌块壁、泡沫板和封闭空气隔层这样具有三种隔热层的保温砌块,因而比一般空心砌块的隔热性能就有所提高,使所砌建筑物墙体的保温性能更好,且砌块重量更轻。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于建筑物的外墙砌块,具体地说是一种空心保温砌块。
背景技术
国家新制订的建筑节能规范,要求外墙砌块必须增加保温隔热功能,并满足建筑节能65%的要求。目前所制的空心砌块,隔热性能差,还不能达到规范所制订的建筑物节能要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种空心保温砌块,以提高所砌建筑物墙体的保温性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种空心保温砌块,用菱镁材料挤压成砖形空心长方体,在空心长方体内侧的两个立面上分别贴附有与立面大小形状相同的泡沫板,两泡沫板间保留占砌块厚度1/4到1/3的空间隔层。
本实用新型在砌块内部的两个立面上贴装泡沫板,在两泡沫板之间形成了空气隔热保温层,由此形成一种具有砌块壁、泡沫板和封闭空气隔层这样具有三种隔热层的保温砌块,因而比一般空心砌块的隔热性能就有所提高,从而使所砌建筑物墙体的保温性能更好,并使砌块重量减轻。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本砌块是利用掺有植物纤维的菱镁材料挤压成空心长方体1,在空心长方体内侧的两个立面上各贴附一层聚苯乙烯泡沫板2,泡沫板占满空心长方体1内侧的立面,两泡沫板间保留占砌块厚度1/4到1/3的空间隔层3,形成空气隔热保温层。空心长方体1的外形尺寸可为长600mm,高400mm,厚240mm;壁厚为7~12mm,以10mm为佳;泡沫板2的厚度为50~80mm,以60mm为佳;空间隔层3的厚度为60~100mm。
经测试,采用上述尺寸范围所制的空心砌块,可以满足对建筑物的承重和隔热保温两方面的要求。
为提高砌块的承重性,可在本砌块空心长方体1内侧的两个立面上制出加强肋4。还可在本砌块空心长方体1的内侧立面与泡沫板2之间衬垫一层塑料薄膜,使砌块的防水性也相应增强,同时也可进一步提高砌块的保温性。
在制作砌块时,可在菱镁材料的原料中添加短玻璃纤维或玻璃纤维网片,这样可以有效地增强砌块强度。

Claims (3)

1、一种空心保温砌块,其特征在于该保温砌块是用菱镁材料挤压成砖形空心长方体(1),在空心长方体(1)内侧的两个立面上分别贴附有与立面大小形状相同的泡沫板(2),两泡沫板间保留占砌块厚度1/4到1/3的空间隔层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述空心保温砌块,其特征在于在空心长方体(1)内侧的两个立面上制有加强肋(4)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的空心保温砌块,其特征在于在空心长方体(1)的内侧立面与泡沫板(2)之间衬垫一层塑料薄膜。
