本实用新型公开了一种具有预热功能的节能燃气灶,是由灶芯和灶架构成,灶芯内部为燃气、空气混合腔,燃气、空气混合腔的上部开设有数个燃烧喷孔,灶芯具有燃气、空气进气嘴与燃气、空气混合腔连通,灶芯架设在灶架的中间,灶芯外周或灶架周圈一体成型有燃气预热腔,燃气预热腔的燃气进气端同供气管相连通,燃气预热腔的燃气出气端与燃气、空气进气嘴相连通,本实用新型由于使燃气预热后气化的充分,在同一环境下,烧开相同初始温度、相同重量的水,称重天然气罐内的消耗量实验方法,经多次、反复检测,使用本实用新型比现有的燃气灶具少用燃气30%-60%,节能降耗有突出的效果,又因燃气预热腔与灶芯或灶架一体成型,耐烧蚀,使用比较安全,不会发生烧漏的现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有预热功能的节能燃气灶。
背景技术
现有生活当中的燃气灶具,基本上是由灶体、深入灶体内的进气管、配风口、灶体内燃气、空气混合腔、混合腔上部的燃烧喷孔组成,使用现有的燃气灶具不能使燃气充分燃烧,热转化率与燃料所含热能的差距较大,当今在能源紧张情况下,急需改进使用的燃气灶具耗能过大这一不足。虽然有的燃气灶具对这一状况有了一定的改进,例如专利号为:ZL200720093792.7的实用新型专利公开了一种节能燃气灶具,所做的改进是在灶具的燃烧喷孔上方设有一燃气预热导管,预热导管的一端接供气管,另一端接灶体上的进气嘴,在燃气燃烧前先对燃气进行预热,虽然能够节约一定燃气,但是使用不安全,使用一段时间后,预热导管易被烧漏,容易发生安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有预热功能的节能燃气灶,使用本燃气灶能够使燃气充分燃烧,以提高燃气燃烧的热转换效率,达到节能降耗的目的,另外能够保证使用时的安全,以克服现有的燃气灶存在的上述不足。
本实用新型是由灶芯和灶架构成,灶芯内部为燃气、空气混合腔,燃气、空气混合腔的上部开设有数个燃烧喷孔,灶芯具有燃气、空气进气嘴与燃气、空气混合腔连通,灶芯架设在灶架的中间,灶芯外周或灶架周圈一体成型有燃气预热腔,燃气预热腔的燃气进气端同供气管相连通,燃气预热腔的燃气出气端与燃气、空气进气嘴相连通,在供气管上安装有一阀门,控制燃气灶的开关。
本实用新型的有益效果为:由于燃气预热后气化的充分,在同一环境下,烧开相同初始温度、相同重量的水,称重天然气罐内的消耗量实验方法,经多次、反复检测,使用本实用新型比现有的燃气灶具少用燃气30%-60%,节能降耗有突出的效果,又因燃气预热腔与灶芯或灶架一体成型,耐烧蚀,使用比较安全,不会发生烧漏的现象。

实施例一:请参阅图1、图2所示,本实施例是由灶架1和灶芯2构成,灶芯2内部设有燃气、空气混合腔3,燃气、空气混合腔3上部开设有数个燃烧喷孔6,灶芯2安装有燃气、空气进气嘴5与燃气、空气混合腔3连通,灶芯2架设在灶架1中间,灶芯2外周设有与灶芯2一体成型的燃气预热腔4,灶架1和灶芯2的材质为铸铁,燃气预热腔4的燃气供气端7与供气管8相连通,燃气预热腔4的燃气出气端9与燃气、空气进气嘴5相连通,供气管8上设有一阀门10。
实施例二:请参阅图3、图4所示,本实施例是由灶架1和灶芯2构成,灶芯2内部设有燃气、空气混合腔3,燃气、空气混合腔3上部开设有数个燃烧喷孔6,灶芯2安装有燃气、空气进气嘴5与燃气、空气混合腔3连通,灶芯2架设在灶架1中间,灶架1周圈设有与灶架1一体成型的燃气预热腔4,灶架1和灶芯2的材质为铸铁,燃气预热腔4的燃气供气端7与供气管8相连通,燃气预热腔4的燃气出气端9与燃气、空气进气嘴5相连通,供气管8上设有一阀门10。

1、一种具有预热功能的节能燃气灶,是由灶芯和灶架构成,灶芯内部为燃气、空气混合腔,燃气、空气混合腔上部开设有数个燃烧喷孔,灶芯具有燃气、空气进气嘴与燃气、空气混合腔连通,灶芯架设在灶架中间,其特征在于:灶芯外周或灶架周圈一体成型有燃气预热腔,燃气预热腔的燃气进气端同供气管相连通,燃气预热腔的燃气出气端与燃气、空气进气嘴相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有预热功能的节能燃气灶,其特征在于:所述灶架和灶芯的材质为铸铁。
