Abstract
本实用新型属于管道接头技术领域，具体为塑料管密封接头。塑料管连接端嵌接设置金属连接管，其特征在于嵌接在塑料管内的金属连接管管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽。上述塑料管密封接头，嵌接在塑料管内的金属连接管管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽，使得塑料管与金属连接管接合更紧密，且在金属连接管尾端增加一道密封槽，并安装一个专用O形密封圈，进一步增强了接头的密封性能。该塑料管密封接头在高温高压条件下不会出现渗漏现象，密封效果好，适于推广应用。

本实用新型属于管道接头技术领域，具体为塑料管密封接头。
背景技术
在我国“以塑代钢”的政策背景下，PPR管以其优异的性能在建筑物内冷热水系统中得到了广泛的应用。作为PPR管道系统连接的重要组成部分，PPR带嵌件管件连接可靠与否影响深远。PPR带铜嵌件管件在传统生产工艺中，直接采用含有两道矩形迷宫槽的铜嵌件与PPR材料通过模具注塑成型。由于PPR材料与铜嵌件线膨胀大小不一样，管件在高温高压条件下使用时，水极易从嵌件与塑料接合面处渗漏，加上PPR管道主要应用于隐蔽工程，后期维修难度大，因此，开发一种技术保障管件密封性就显得极为重要。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种塑料管密封接头的技术方案，其密封性好，在高温高压条件下不会出现渗漏现象。
所述的塑料管密封接头，塑料管连接端嵌接设置金属连接管，其特征在于嵌接在塑料管内的金属连接管管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽。
所述的塑料管密封接头，其特征在于金属连接管的管壁尾端配合设置密封槽，密封槽内安装O形密封圈。
所述的塑料管密封接头，其特征在于金属连接管前端管壁上设置连接螺纹。
上述塑料管密封接头，嵌接在塑料管内的金属连接管管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽，使得塑料管与金属连接管接合更紧密，且在金属连接管尾端增加一道密封槽，并安装一个专用O形密封圈，进一步增强了接头的密封性能。该塑料管密封接头在高温高压条件下不会出现渗漏现象，密封效果好，适于推广应用。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图所示，塑料管1连接端嵌接设置金属连接管3，嵌接在塑料管1内的金属连接管3管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽2，将现有嵌件两道矩形迷宫槽改为两道或两道以上的倒齿形迷宫槽2，使得塑料管1与金属连接管3接合更紧密。金属连接管3的管壁尾端配合设置密封槽5，密封槽5内安装O形密封圈4，进一步增强了接头的密封性能。金属连接管3前端管壁上设置连接螺纹3a，用于和水龙头或其它管道螺接。在常温及2.0MPa试验压力条件下，20个该密封接头样品末出现渗漏现象，彻底解决传统塑件接头的漏水问题。

1、塑料管密封接头，塑料管(1)连接端嵌接设置金属连接管(3)，其特征在于嵌接在塑料管(1)内的金属连接管(3)管壁上设置两道或两道以上倒齿形迷宫槽(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的塑料管密封接头，其特征在于金属连接管(3)的管壁尾端配合设置密封槽(5)，密封槽(5)内安装O形密封圈(4)。
3、如权利要求1所述的塑料管密封接头，其特征在于金属连接管(3)前端管壁上设置连接螺纹(3a)。
