本实用新型涉及一种在冲压生产中，自动加工螺丝孔的装置，尤其是能在冲压加工与螺丝孔加工同时在模具中完成。
背景技术
目前，公知的冲压五金件的螺丝孔都是用攻牙机加工成型，攻牙机是由马达，皮带，齿轮箱，传动齿轮，传动螺距蜗轮，丝锥安装多轴器，工作台及支架组成。生产工艺是先冲压成型，然后把工件拿到攻牙机的工作台上加工螺丝孔，生产速度慢，效率低，需要人手作业。生产周期长，容易造成漏加工螺丝孔。
发明内容
为了提高生产效率，减少加工工序，本模内攻牙机装置安装在模具中在冲压生产同时成型多个螺丝孔，而且无漏螺丝加工现象，生产速度与冲床一致，不需要人手作业，自动完成。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：模内攻牙机装置安装在冲床的模具中，它由螺杆和螺母、传动齿轮、丝锥及齿轮箱组成。当冲床开始上下运动时，模内攻牙机也随之上下运动，此时螺杆和螺母的组合，将上下运动转换为旋转运动，并通过齿轮箱中的传动齿轮将旋转运动传到位于齿轮箱另一端下方的丝锥；另一方面，终端需要攻牙的部品与齿轮箱也同时上下运动，即相对静止，当丝锥向下旋转过程中完成螺丝孔加工成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是，螺丝加工与冲压加工同时进行，生产速度快，效率高，没有中间环节生产周期短，不需要人手作业，产品螺丝没有漏加工，安装方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中，模具上板(16)向下运动，螺杆(1)受压和螺母(4)作用转换旋转运动，螺母(4)通过花键传给齿轮1(3)，齿轮1(3)齿轮2(10)齿轮3(13)齿轮4(14)齿轮5(15)齿轮6(7)齿轮7(6)组成一组齿轮传动，带动丝锥(8)加工产品(19)上的螺丝孔。
在图1所示实施例中，模具上板(16)向下运动，同时产品(19)输送，产品(19)输送停止时，丝锥(8)旋转下降接近产品(19)开始螺丝孔加工，模具上板(16)继续向下运动，压产品(19)向下运动，模内攻牙机浮升板(11)随产品(19)一同运动，齿轮箱相对产品(19)是静止的，消除产品上下运动对螺丝加工的影响。
