Abstract
一种运用负压吸引装置固定外科术后等创口的创口贴。产品由创口贴合面、负压气室、单向气阀和抽气口组成,将创口贴合面固定在创口上,用无菌注射器连接抽气口将气体抽出,直至贴面紧贴创口周围皮肤,负压气室塌陷并维持高度负压状态,此时单向气阀闭合阻止气体回流,底部双重环形吸槽及密布的毫米吸盘与负压气室装置由毛细管通道连接,利用负压底部双重环形吸槽及毫米吸盘可牢固吸附并固定创口及其周围皮肤。为创口愈合创造良好条件,是一种可以部分替代传统术后针线缝合的一种医疗用品。本产品还可以吸除伤口的渗出液。

所属技术领域
涉及一种创口贴,运用于医疗手术后的清洁创口,可以部分替代传统术后针线缝合的一种医疗用品。本实用新型利用负压吸附装置来固定术后清洁平整的创口,减小术后瘢痕形成,促进伤口愈合。本实用新型还具有吸除伤口渗出液的功能。
背景技术
目前,公知的传统外科手术采用针线缝合手术切口,伤口愈合后往往留下“蜈蚣”形状的缝合瘢痕,大大影响手术部位皮肤美观。此外如何处理伤口渗出液也是其中一项大难题。
发明内容
为了克服现有外科术后传统针线缝合手术切口愈合后留下“蜈蚣”形状的缝合瘢痕影响手术部位皮肤美观这个问题,本实用新型运用负压吸引原理制成负压创口贴,能够牢固固定手术创口,部分替代传统术后切口缝合,减小瘢痕的面积和大小,促进创口愈合。本实用新型的抽液和负压吸引功能可以用来吸除伤口的渗出液。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本实用新型主要由创口贴合面和负压气室装置两部分组成,产品主要由医用高分子透明材料制成,透明材质是为了方便观察创口愈合情况,贴合面由带有抗菌消炎药物纳米材料构成的粘力涂层,它可使创口贴合面与皮肤良好结合,并防止伤口感染,底部双重环形吸槽及密布的毫米吸盘通过毛细管与高弹力负压气室装置连接,负压气室装置在连接无菌注射器抽出空气后形成高度负压状态,双重环形吸槽及密布的毫米吸盘可牢固固定和密闭住伤口及其周围皮肤,为伤口愈合创造有利条件。负压气室装置部分具有瓣膜结构,阻止气体回流,负压气室装置可以将伤口渗出液吸入负压气室装置,并用负压维持贴面吸力。另一气口盲端在使用完毕用剪刀剪断,使愈合贴顺利取下。
本实用新型的有益效果是,
能够牢固固定手术创口,部分替代传统的术后切口缝合,减小瘢痕的面积和大小。本实用新型具有吸除伤口的渗出液的功能。

具体实施方式
产品由创口贴合面(7)、负压气室装置(5)单向气阀(4)、抽气口(2)组成,产品主要由医用高分子透明材料制成,可以随时观察创口愈合情况,创口贴合面(7)表面是由含有消炎药物纳米抗菌材料构成粘力涂层(8),可使创口贴合面(7)与创口及其周围皮肤良好结合,负压气室装置(5)和底部双重环形吸槽(10)及密布的毫米吸盘(11)由毛细管通道(6)连接,底部双重环形吸槽(10)及密布的毫米吸盘(11)可将愈合贴牢固固定在伤口周围,可以密闭创口阻止病原体进入伤口。负压气室装置一端是单向气阀(4),瓣膜结构(3)在负压闭合状态能够阻止气体回流,负压气室装置(5)的顶部具有很强回复弹力,可以维持负压气室装置(5)内高度负压,并可以将伤口渗出液吸入负压气室装置(5),用无菌注射器(12)可以将渗出液抽出。气口盲端(1)在使用完毕用剪刀剪断,使负压创口贴顺利取下。
使用前先清洁创口并保持创口周围皮肤干燥,选取适合切口规格的产品,从防沾胶纸(9)上揭下创口贴,用手延纵向绷紧手术创口,将负压创口贴平整贴在创口上,并确保创口贴与创口及其周围皮肤紧密结合。用无菌注射器(12)连接抽气口(2)将气体抽出,直至贴面紧贴创口周围皮肤,顶端负压气室装置(5)塌陷并维持高度负压状态时即可拔除无菌注射器(12),抽气后瓣膜结构(3)闭合阻止气体回流(如创面未能整齐贴合或顶端气室无法维持负压应换新的负压创口贴),保持密切观察,如发现气室内有渗出液应及时抽出,并维持负压气室装置(5)高度负压状态。使用3-5天后用剪刀剪断气口盲端(1)即可将负压创口贴移除,清洁伤口后更换新的负压创口贴,直至伤口痊愈。并确保伤口不受外力拉开。
使用注意事项:1.使用本产品需严格按照外科无菌操作程序。2.使用前务必清洁创面,使用中避免水接触,拆封后请勿用手接触中间药心。3.皮肤过敏者停用。4.对本品过敏者禁用,过敏体质者慎用。5.本品性状发生改变时或包装漏气时禁止使用。6.非清洁创口不得使用。
Claims (4)
1.一种创口贴,由伤口贴合面、负压气室装置、单向气阀、抽气口组成一个整体,其特征是:负压气室在伤口贴合面相对一侧,负压气室装置一端设置有单向气阀,单向气阀另一端设置有和一次性注射器连接的抽气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负压创口贴,其特征是:伤口贴合面呈两端圆形的扁平条形结构,伤口贴合面有双重环形吸槽和圆形毫米吸盘构造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负压创口贴,其特征是:伤口贴合面有双重环形吸槽及毫米吸盘,负压气室通过伤口贴合面中间的毛细管结构与双重环形吸槽和毫米吸盘连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的负压创口贴,其特征是:单向气阀由管状气体通道和瓣膜结构构成。
