Claims (7)
- 【权利要求1】涡流位移传感器的安装结构,包括固定座(5),其特征是:固定座(5)上开有通孔(14),通孔(14)的孔壁上嵌套有轴向限位且可旋转的调整套(8),调整套(8)上开有与调整套(8)的旋转轴同轴的螺孔(13),涡流位移传感器的螺纹外层(2)与螺孔(13)的螺纹相适配;固定座(5)上设置有调整套(8)的止转装置。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的涡流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:止转装置采用在固定座(5)上开设延伸至通孔(14)孔壁的切口(12),切口(12)将固定座(5)的座体分割成可张合的钳型结构,固定座(5)上设置有控制钳型结构张合度的锁紧装置。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的涡流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:锁紧装置采用锁紧螺钉(10),锁紧螺钉(10)穿过切口(12)将钳型结构的两侧钳夹相连接。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求2或3所述的涡流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:调整套(8)采用可使螺孔(13)的孔径收缩的弹性结构。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求4所述的流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:调整套(8)的侧壁上开有若干条从调整套(8)的一端沿螺孔(13)的轴向延伸的开口(11)。
- 【权利要求6】根据1~3中任意一项权利要求所述的涡流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:调整套(8)通过限位结构在通孔(14)的轴向上固定。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的涡流位移传感器的安装结构,其特征是:限位结构包括开在调整套(8)外表面的限位槽(9),通孔(14)的孔壁伸入限位槽(9)中。
