技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能集风的风力发电机,该风力发电机为垂直轴风力发电机,有一个进风口为漏斗状的集风器,将风力集中推动叶片转动。利用风向标使进风口始终正对风向。
背景技术
在目前,已有多种结构形式的垂直轴风力发电机。风力发电机的叶片有一半叶片处于顺风向,有一半叶片处于逆风。处于顺风的叶片被风力推动绕轴转动,而处于逆风向的叶片,风对叶片产生阻力。这些阻力抵消顺风向叶片所产生的转动力,明显降低风力发电机的工作效率。
发明内容
为了不使逆风吹到叶片,消除叶片产生的阻力,用一个有漏斗状进风口的集风器,将产生阻力的逆风集中引导到顺风一侧,增大风对顺风向叶片的推动力。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:利用一个有漏斗状进风口的集风器,将处于逆风的叶片罩起来,不使逆风产生阻力,同时使产生阻力的逆风集中引导到顺风一侧,增大风对顺风向叶片的推动力,利用风向标保持集风器的进风口正对风向。
本实用新型的有益效果是,利用集风器将产生阻力的逆风集中引导到顺风一侧,免除逆向风产生阻力,增大风对顺风向叶片的推动力,提高风力发电机的工作效率。

具体实施方式
在图1中,发电机2固定在基座1上,发电机轴传动齿轮3与叶片支架齿轮4相啮合,叶片支架齿轮4叶片支架5、和叶片7做成一体。风推动叶片7带动叶片支架5转动,通过叶片支架齿轮4带动发电机轴传动齿轮3转动,使发电机发电。有漏斗状进风口的集风器外壳6和风向标9做成一体,风向标9的指向与进风口10相垂直,在风的作用下,进风口10总是面对风向。集风器外壳6与叶片支架5同轴,围绕主轴8转动。
在图2中,风向是从下向上,风从进风口10进入集风器外壳6,带动叶片7和叶片支架5围绕主轴8逆时针转动。风向标9的指向与进风口垂直,在风的推动下,进风口10总是面对风向。
