本实用新型是针对现在能源损耗大的问题，提出一种能发电的健身器，将人们健身时消耗的体能转变为电能储存起来，使健身器既有健身功能，又有节能的功能。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种健身器，包括健身器、电动机、整流器、控制电路和蓄电池，健身器的转轴处连接上将动能转成电能的电动机，电动机输出依次接整流器、控制电路和储能的蓄电池。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型健身器既有健身功能，又有节能的功能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示健身器的工作原理框图，在健身器的转轴处连接上电动机1，依次接整流器2、控制电路3和蓄电池4，将人们健身时消耗的体能转变为电能，由蓄电池储存起来。
电动机将人们健身时的动能转变为电能，整流器将交流电转变为直流电，控制电路选择合适的电流大小，因为健身者的运动量的大小不同，转换的电能不同，要通过控制电路对电流控制后才能对蓄电池充电，保证转换的合理和安全。

1、一种健身器，包括健身器，其特征在于还包括电动机、整流器、控制电路和蓄电池，健身器的转轴处连接上将动能转成电能的电动机，电动机输出依次接整流器、控制电路和储能的蓄电池。
