Abstract

本实用新型属于瓶盖领域，特别是一种由内盖、外盖组合而成的瓶盖。
背景技术
现在普遍使用的瓶盖一般为旋装在瓶体上盖体，结构简单、无开启防伪功能。现在也出现了组合式瓶盖，如公告号为CN2649506Y的实用新型专利，一种防伪瓶盖，其结构是在瓶盖周壁上设置与瓶口防伪凸对应的防伪孔，防伪孔上设置防伪栅，这种方式的瓶盖开启比较麻烦，同时密封性能差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组合式瓶盖，防伪性强、密封性好。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
组合式瓶盖，主要包括内盖和外盖，其特征在于：内盖上设有一个与瓶内相通的向上的流液管，该流液管侧部开有一个易断凹痕；所述外盖顶部内侧设有一个向下的柱形管，所述流液管的上端部伸入该柱形管内。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，内外盖组合式设计，密封性好；开启瓶盖后，瓶盖即被破坏，无法重复使用，防伪性强。具有结构简单、开启方便、实用性强的效果，瓶内液体流出流畅，适宜酒、饮料、药液等各种瓶装液体。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明。
附图中，1为内盖、2为外盖、3为流液管、4为凹痕、5为柱形管、6为斜面。
本实用新型为一种组合式瓶盖，如附图所示，主要包括外盖2和内盖1，内盖1采用旋装或卡装等方式固装在瓶口上，内盖1的中间部位设有一个向上的流液管3，该流液管3通过瓶口与瓶内相通，用于流出瓶内液体。在流液管3的侧部开有一个易断凹痕4，该凹痕4可采用向内凹陷的环形槽结构，也可直接在流液管3的侧部开设二个对称分布的凹条。凹痕4的深度既保证在此处易折断，又避免破坏流液管3的密封性。所述外盖2通过紧配合直接卡装在内盖1上。外盖2的顶部内侧设有一个向下的柱形管5，该柱形管5直接卡住流液管3，使得流液管3上端部伸入柱形管5内，柱形管5的下端靠近易断凹痕4，便于从易断凹痕4处折断流液管3。
为便于掌握流液管3的断开方向，外盖2的外侧部开有一个自顶部向下逐渐变小的斜面6，斜面6应对应流液管3的易断凹痕4。
使用时，握住瓶体，从外盖2的斜面6处外掰，柱形管5带动流液管3，将流液管3在易断凹痕4处折断，瓶内液体即可通过流液管3外流。

1、组合式瓶盖，主要包括内盖(1)和外盖(2)，其特征在于：内盖(1)上设有一个与瓶内相通的向上的流液管(3)，该流液管(3)侧部开有一个易断凹痕(4)；所述外盖(2)顶部内侧设有一个向下的柱形管(5)，所述流液管(3)的上端部伸入该柱形管(5)内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合式瓶盖，其特征在于：所述外盖(2)通过紧配合卡装在内盖(1)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式瓶盖，其特征在于：所述外盖(2)的外侧部设有一个向下的斜面(6)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的组合式瓶盖，其特征在于：所述易断凹痕(4)为一个环形槽。
5、根据权利要求3所述的组合式瓶盖，其特征在于：所述易断凹痕(4)为二个对称分布的凹条。
