本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由橡皮擦头和擦套组成的铅笔端头可换橡皮擦，其特征是：在比铅笔稍大的圆柱体橡皮擦下端，设置一比铅笔稍小的半通孔，作为擦套。使用时将铅笔一端塞入橡皮擦的半通孔内，即可正常使用，用完后可换上新的橡皮擦。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、更换橡皮擦效果好。
