本实用新型属于文具用品领域，特别是涉及一种新型文件夹。
背景技术
现有技术中的用于整理文件的文件夹有袋状文件夹，及在该袋状文件夹上有接口的文件夹，还有利用具有转动杆等夹持机构在一端订住夹在封面里的文件、翻开文件就可以阅读的文件夹等，这种类型的文件夹必须具有用于将文件固定在文件夹中的控制杆以及连结用的金属部件等，零件数量很多，结构比较复杂，制作麻烦，而且此类的文件夹的外壳大多采用PVC材料制成，由于PVC是一种不可分解的塑料，丢弃会造成材料的浪费，及对环境造成很大的污染。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供了一种方便使用、结构简单、环保的文件夹。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种新型文件夹，包括上夹板、下夹板和夹棱，上夹板、夹棱和下夹板是通过两次弯折形成的，所述上夹板和所述下夹板均包括硬质材料做成内层和软质材料做成外层。
所述夹棱包括硬质材料做成内层和软质材料做成外层。
所述外层为扁平的套体，所述内层设置在所述套体内。
所述套体是由PP材料热压制成，所述的硬质材料为硬纸板或硬质塑料。
所述上夹板和所述下夹板的下部固定设置有塑胶夹层。
所述上夹板和下夹板的形状可为长方形、正方形、多边行或花形，所述上夹板与下夹板的形状或大小可以相同也可以不同。
本实用新型的有益效果为：该新型文件夹的外层可用PP材料一次热压成型，制作简单，实用方便，环保，且可以重复使用，有利于节约材料。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示的新型文件夹，包括夹板2和夹棱1，夹板分为上夹板21和下夹板22，上夹板21、夹棱1和下夹板22是通过两次弯折形成的。上夹板21和下夹板22均包括内层211和外层212，外层211为由PP材料热压制成的扁平套体，该套体呈长方形，内层212为一硬纸板，该硬纸板设置在该套体内部，对上夹板21和下夹板22起到加硬的作用，在上夹板21和下夹板22内侧的下部还固定设置有塑胶夹层3，使用者可以在塑胶夹层3中放置一些文件而不易丢失，在本实施例中，上夹板21和下夹板22形状相同，均为长方形。
本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式，只要采用和本实用新型相似结构的任何其他变形方式，比如，上夹板21和下夹板22可采用其他实用或美观的形状例如花形或多边体形等；上夹板21与下夹板22的形状和大小也可以不相同；内层的硬纸板也可由其他硬质材料来代替，如硬质塑料或硬质钢铁等；夹棱中也可以设置一内层等，凡是能实现本实用新型技术效果的任何可变形方式，均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种新型文件夹，包括上夹板、下夹板和夹棱，上夹板、夹棱和下夹板是通过两次弯折形成的，其特征在于，所述上夹板和所述下夹板均包括硬质材料做成内层和软质材料做成外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型文件夹，其特征在于，所述夹棱包括硬质材料做成的内层和软质材料做成的外层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型文件夹，其特征在于，所述外层为扁平的套体，所述内层设置在所述套体内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型文件夹，其特征在于，所述套体是由PP材料热压制成，所述的硬质材料为硬纸板或硬质塑料。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的新型文件夹，其特征在于，所述上夹板和所述下夹板的下部固定设置有塑胶夹层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型文件夹，其特征在于，所述上夹板和下夹板的形状可为长方形、正方形、多边行或花形，所述上夹板与下夹板的形状或大小可以相同也可以不同。
