本实用新型涉及一种用于油气田的不锈钢化防腐管。该不锈钢化防腐管包括管本体(1),管本体(1)内外壁镀有铁铝多元合金层(2),铁铝多元合金层(2)外有纯合金层(3)。该油管或套管具有良好的耐腐蚀性能、结合力大、机械性能好、抗老化以及强防蜡防垢的特点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及油田采油领域所用的一种油管或套管,属于一种用于油气田的不锈钢化防腐管。
背景技术:
采油时采用油管或套管来对液体进行运输,油管长期使用会出现腐蚀、穿孔现象,导致油管或套管未达使用年限即不能再使用了。而现场目前所应用的油管或套管防腐方法均为表面隔离层法,只能起到暂时隔离环境腐蚀介质的作用,随着使用时间的延长,防腐层则开始出现气层脱落现象,致使油管或套管腐蚀加剧,同时表面隔离层主要为环氧树脂类涂层,这些环氧树脂类涂层存在吸水率高,抗机械冲击、抗机械划伤性能差的问题,在施工和搬运时防腐层会损坏,严重影响防腐效果,降低了油管的使用寿命,且这些隔离层的防蜡、防垢性能差,导致油套管结蜡、结垢现象严重,缩短油套管的维修期,造成相当的经济损失。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有的油管或套管防腐、防蜡、防垢效果差及使用寿命短的不足,本实用新型提供一种不锈钢化防腐管,该防腐管不仅具有良好的耐腐蚀性能、结合力大、机械性能好、抗老化,而且还具有强防蜡防垢的优点。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:该用于油气田的不锈钢化防腐管包括管本体,管本体内外壁镀有铁铝多元合金层,铁铝多元合金层外有纯合金层。
上述的铁铝多元合金层的厚度为80~120μm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该油管或套管的多元合金层具有不锈钢特性,镀层间形成冶金化学结合,附着力强,且具有牺牲阳极保护作用,具有较高的机械强度和耐蚀性;该管材表面光亮、光滑,无针孔、不结垢、不粘油;可耐酸、碱、盐、表面活性剂、污水、天然气、微生物等介质腐蚀;具有防腐、防垢、防蜡和防脱层四防特性。

由图1所示,该用于油气田的不锈钢化防腐管包括管本体1,管本体1内外壁镀有铁铝多元合金层2,铁铝多元合金层2外有纯合金层3;铁铝多元合金层2的厚度为80~120μm。
该油管或套管具有良好的耐腐蚀能力,并可以保证在施工、运输过程中外表面不起层、不脱落;主要应用于聚驱油水井、三元驱油水井、注气驱油气井、强腐蚀、强结垢水井、严重结蜡油井、天然气井及CO2注入采出井等。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于油气田的不锈钢化防腐管,其特征在于:铁铝多元合金层(2)的厚度为80~120μm。
