技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种硬质PVC造粒设备,特别是一种新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机。
背景技术
目前进行硬质PVC造粒主要采用单螺杆造粒机和锥形异向双螺杆造粒机2种造粒设备。但由于单螺杆造粒机产量很低,能耗也较大,因此目前大多采用锥形异向双螺杆造粒机进行硬质PVC造粒。由于受到加工工艺的影响,锥形异向双螺杆造粒机螺杆的有效长径比受到了一定的影响,所以影响了原料的塑化性。同时由于目前锥形异向双螺杆造粒机螺杆异向旋转,所以导致了螺杆的转速不能太高,否则会导致螺杆被扭断,因此减少了单位时间的产量,增加了单位产量的能耗,所以目前锥形异向双螺杆造粒机存在塑化性能差、产量低、能耗高等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决目前锥形异向双螺杆造粒机存在能耗高、产量低、塑化性能差等问题,本实用新型提供了一种塑化性能好、产量高、能耗低的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机。
本实用新型的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机包括切粒装置、机筒、锥形螺杆、加热圈、喂料装置、料斗、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,所述两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转,每根螺杆的有效长径比为30~100:1,螺杆的压缩比大于2:1。
本实用新型的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机由于具备了平行同向双螺杆造粒机螺杆同向旋转的螺杆结构,因此具备了塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大等优势。工作时,驱动电机通过联轴器连接到减速传动箱,减速传动箱连接分配箱中的主动齿轮,通过分配箱中的主动齿轮带动中间齿轮,中间齿轮再带动从动齿轮,从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转,将由喂料装置输送的PVC原料熔融、塑化、混炼、挤出,最后经切粒装置进行切粒。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于本实用新型的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机同时具备了锥形双螺杆造粒机和平行同向双螺杆造粒机的全部优点,具有挤出力大、能耗低、塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大、产量高等优势。完全可以替代现有的硬质PVC造粒设备,是一种高产量、低能耗、低成本、操作简单的新型硬质PVC造粒设备。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本实施例的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机包括切粒装置1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、加热圈4、喂料装置5、料斗6、分配箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内的同方向旋转。
驱动电机10通过联轴器9连接到减速传动箱8,减速传动箱8连接分配箱7中的主动齿轮12,通过分配箱7中的主动齿轮12带动中间齿轮13,中间齿轮13再带动从动齿轮14,从而使与主动齿轮12和从动齿轮14连接的两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内同方向旋转。喂料装置5和与机筒2内腔相通,加热圈4包覆在机筒2的外部。两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内同方向旋转时,将由喂料装置5输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、挤出,最后经切粒装置1进行切粒。本实施例中的技术参数:螺杆小头直径为65mm,螺杆有效长度为2750mm,螺杆有效长径比为42:1,螺杆转速为65rpm,压缩比为3.5:1。

1.新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机,包括切粒装置、机筒、锥形螺杆、加热圈、喂料装置、料斗、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转,每根螺杆的有效长径比为30~100:1,螺杆的压缩比大于2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型双螺杆硬质PVC造粒机,其特征是:分配箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
