技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金刚石磨块,尤其涉及一种用于陶瓷抛光砖及石材表面中磨和精磨的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块。
背景技术
目前,陶瓷抛光砖和石材表面抛光前的磨削,主要使用的是棱苦石结合剂碳化硅磨块。近年来生产检验得出这种磨块的使用寿命短、消耗量巨大,对氧化镁和氯化镁的需求量大,该两种原料属高能耗产品,当前市场呈短缺趋势,而且多产于我国北方,故运输周期长,成本高,以及磨块消耗后造成环保的问题逐渐受到人们的重视。厂商尝试着使用硬度高、寿命长的金刚石磨削工具替代传统磨块。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了解决现有磨块使用寿命短、耗能高和不环保的技术问题,提出一种具有生产效率高,成本低廉,有有恰当的硬度和强度以及良好的自锐性的可适合于中磨和精磨的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,其包括塑料卡壳及与之连为一体的至少一块树脂结合剂的金刚石胎块,该金刚石胎块与所述塑料卡壳采用粘结树脂连接。
在金刚石胎块上可以分布设置贯穿上下表面的孔,孔内空间填充有粘结树脂,以强化粘结强度。胎块四周被不含金刚石的粘结树脂覆盖。
所述塑料卡壳最好为镂空结构,镂空处填充有粘结树脂。
为增强磨块的强度,在粘结树脂中混入有填充料,如氧化铝粉和玻璃短纤维等。
本实用新型提供一种树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,它采用液体树脂混合金刚石粉固化,或用酚醛树脂粉与金刚石粉热压,形成金刚石胎块磨削工作层,然后用液体粘结树脂浇注连接金刚石胎体与塑料卡壳,由于采用液体粘结树脂浇注、塑料模壳、室温固化等工艺手段,无需压制和加热,具有生产效率高,成本低廉的特点。树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块具有恰当的硬度和强度,良好的自锐性,可适合于中磨和精磨。

具体实施方式:
图1、图2示出了本实用新型优选实施例的基本结构,所述的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,包括塑料卡壳3及与之连为一体的树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1,该金刚石胎块的侧面及底面被粘结树脂2覆盖,在树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1底面的粘结树脂2同时与塑料卡壳3粘接。金刚石胎块1上可以均布有贯穿上下表面的孔4,孔内空间填充有粘结树脂2,并和金刚石胎块底面的粘结树脂2层相连接。塑料卡壳3为镂空结构,镂空处填充有粘结树脂2。本实施例,粘结树脂2包裹着两块横向对接排列的金刚石胎块1,胎块与胎块之间填充有粘结树脂2。金刚石胎块1数量及位置设置,可根据工艺需要来选定,如,将两块金刚石胎块1纵向对接排列(图中未示出)。所述树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1形状为契形、长方体等适宜形状,不过契形更有利于结构的稳固。
如图2所示,除树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1的上表面——工作面外,其他表面均被粘结树脂2所覆盖,所述的粘结树脂2形成一整体的弹性结构,树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1就如坐落在该弹性结构中。本实施例采用这种结构和利用粘结树脂来连接树脂结合剂金刚石胎块与塑料卡壳,有效降低生产成本;加上粘结树脂具有一定的弹性缓冲作用,缓解了加工时刚性碰撞造成砖坯冲边及刀痕的问题,从而提高可以产品的质量。
制作时,可以用酚醛树脂粉混合金刚石粉经热压制成的金刚石胎块,整齐摆放到塑料模盒里面,其上放置好塑料模壳,混有填充料的液体树脂注入模盒内,静置六个小时后固化成形,图1、图2、图3给出此工艺磨块的示意图。如图3所示,为本实用新型的第二实施例,它与优选实施例的区别在于塑料卡壳3为实心结构。
也可以将金刚石粉与液体树脂、固化剂、填充料混合均匀后,注入塑料模盒底部液面高度约14—20mm,摇平后静置30分钟。然后放上塑料卡壳,液体树脂、固化剂、填充料混合均匀后注满塑料模盒上部,静置六个小时后固化成形,图4给出了此工艺生产的磨块示意图。此种磨块也是本实用新型磨块的优选类型。它与前述实施例的区别在于粘结树脂2与整块树脂结合剂金刚石胎块1和卡壳3相连。

1.一种树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,包括塑料卡壳及与之连为一体的至少一块树脂结合剂的金刚石胎块,其特征在于:所述的金刚石胎块与所述的塑料卡壳为液体粘结树脂注模固化连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,其特征在于:所述的金刚石胎块至少为两块,该金刚石胎块上分布有贯穿上下表面的孔,孔内空间填充有粘结树脂,金刚石胎块四周被所述的粘结树脂覆盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,其特征在于:所述的塑料卡壳为镂空结构,镂空处填充有所述的粘结树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的树脂注模树脂结合剂金刚石磨块,其特征在于:所述的粘结树脂中混有强化填充料。
