Abstract
宫腔内压止血装置，涉及医疗器械技术领域，由橡皮球、接头、气阀、气压表、硅胶管、排气孔、气球囊、止血敷料层组成，其中的橡皮球为血压计上使用的充气囊(俗称皮老虎)，橡皮球通过硅胶管与气球囊的内腔连通，硅胶管上分别设有接头、气阀和气压表，气球囊内的硅胶管上设有两对排气孔，气球囊的外表面上敷有一层止血敷料层。使用时，将气球囊和止血敷料层送入子宫内腔，给气球囊充气膨胀，给子宫内腔一定的压力，可以封堵出血口，再加上止血敷料层的作用，就可以达到很好的止血效果。充气完成后，拧下充气球，以减轻病人的负担。本实用新型结构简单合理，止血效果好，具有较好的推广价值。

背景技术
产后大出血是临床中遇到的比较危险的症状之一，如果抢救不及时会导致病人死亡。目前治疗中常用的止血方法有药物止血及向子宫内填充纱布压迫止血，光靠注射药物促进宫缩，很难达到止血效果，向子宫填充纱布操作起来及不方便，且宫内压力难以均匀，容易引发死腔。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述技术上的不足，提供一种操作方便、性能可靠的宫腔内压止血装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：宫腔内压止血装置由橡皮球、接头、气阀、气压表、硅胶管、排气孔、气球囊、止血敷料层组成，其中的橡皮球为血压计上使用的充气囊(俗称皮老虎)，橡皮球通过硅胶管与气球囊的内腔连通，在橡皮球与气球囊之间的硅胶管上分别设有接头、气阀和气压表，气球囊内的硅胶管上设有两对排气孔。
气球囊的外表面上敷有一层止血敷料层。
使用本实用新型时，在气球囊未充气的状态下通过硅胶管将气球囊和止血敷料层送入子宫腔，反复挤压橡皮球给气球囊充气，达到一定的气压后，停止充气，此时气球囊膨胀，给子宫内腔一定的压力，可以封堵出血口，再加上止血敷料层的作用，就可以达到很好的止血效果。由于止血所需时间较长，充气完成后，可以通过丝扣接头拧下充气球，以减轻病人的负担。
本实用新型结构简单合理，止血效果好，具有较好的推广价值。

如图所示，橡皮球1通过硅胶管5与气球囊7的内腔连通，在橡皮球1与气球囊7之间的硅胶管5上分别设有接头2、气阀3和气压表4，气球囊7内的硅胶管5上设有两对排气孔6。气球囊7的外表面上敷有一层止血敷料层8。使用实用新型时，在气球囊7未充气的状态下通过硅胶管将气球囊7和止血敷料层8送入子宫腔，反复挤压橡皮球1给气球囊充气7，待达到一定的气压后，气球囊7膨胀，给子宫内腔一定的压力，可以封堵出血口，再加上止血敷料层8的作用，就可以达到很好的止血效果。由于止血所需时间较长，充气完成后，可以通过丝扣接头2拧下充气球1，以减轻病人的负担。

1.宫腔内压止血装置由橡皮球(1)、接头(2)气阀(3)、气压表(4)、硅胶管(5)、排气孔(6)、气球囊(7)、止血敷料层(8)组成，其特征在于：橡皮球(1)为血压计上使用的充气囊俗称皮老虎，橡皮球(1)通过硅胶管(5)与气球囊(7)的内腔连通，在硅胶管(5)上分别设有接头(2)、气阀(3)、气压表(4)和排气孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宫腔内压止血装置，其特征在于：气球囊(7)的外表面敷有一层止血敷料层(8)。
