技术领域
本实用新型属于门窗领域，特别是涉及一种木门窗(含铝木复合、铝包木窗)的拼框结构。
背景技术
考虑到建筑的采光性，现在建筑门窗中窗形设计越来越大，更多的窗形是通过拼框来完成的。因而相对较大的窗形在拼框设计时会考虑采用加拼管的方式来达到强度的要求，而相对中等大小的窗型，采用拼管拼框方式会影响到整个窗形的美观，而且成本高。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种木门窗拼框结构，不采用拼管拼框的而提供的一种新型的木门窗固定方式，使得拼框后不会影响到整个窗形的美观、成本低和操作方便。
为了达到上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种木门窗拼框结构，包括两个木框，所述的两个木框采用拼框胶粘接，在拼缝处设有波纹钉连接两个木框，在拼缝外盖有木盖板。
作为优选，上述木盖板通过汽钉固定在所述木框上。
本实用新型由于采用了以上的技术方案，改变了拼管拼接中存在的一些问题，如拼接不平整，拼接缝过大，拼接难度大等，提高了安装效率及精度，提高整窗的美观性，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1：
如图1所示的一种木门窗拼框结构，包括两个木框1，所述的两个木框1采用拼框胶粘接，在拼缝处设有波纹钉3连接两个木框1，在拼缝外盖有木盖板2；上述木盖板2通过汽钉4固定在所述木框1上。
木窗及铝木复合窗框和框拼接前不做拼接槽加工；拼框时，根据窗的分格面先将其中的一个木框固定在窗洞口中，在拼框处涂抹上拼框胶，再把另外这个框安装在对应的拼框位置，框与框之间对齐压紧，在木框和木框拼接处垂直方向钉上25×15mm波纹钉，钉的端距100mm，间距250mm，要求将波纹钉打进木框，并和木框平或略低；如图2、图3所示，由于波纹钉特殊的形状，钉的前端有锋利的刀口，前端的尺寸比后端的尺寸要小一些，波纹钉会产生向心力拉紧木框，使木框与木框紧紧地结合在一起；而高强度拼框胶干后能够产生巨大的粘接力，通过波纹钉和拼框胶的双重作用，使木框之间紧密的连接在一起，木框拼接牢固。再将木盖板盖在木框拼缝外，并用汽钉紧固。这样的拼框能够改变拼管拼接中存在的一些问题，如拼接不平整，拼接缝过大，拼接难度大等，提高安装效率及精度，提高整窗的美观。

1.一种木门窗拼框结构，包括两个木框(1)，其特征在于，所述的两个木框(1)采用拼框胶粘接，在拼缝处设有波纹钉(3)连接两个木框(1)，在拼缝外盖有木盖板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木门窗拼框结构，其特征在于，所述木盖板(2)通过汽钉(4)固定在所述木框(1)上。
