本实用新型公开了一种保温轻质外墙板,包括砌块和保温层,砌块上设置通孔,通孔内设有保温层,两通孔之间设有加强筋板,砌块两侧分别设置相配合的凹槽和凸榫,所述砌块由硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆和玻璃纤维布相间复合而成,砌块外层通过玻璃短丝与釉面层相固接,釉面层由铝酸盐水泥、细砂和颜料混合后浇注而成。本实用新型用玻璃短丝将两种不同材质的材料复合在一起,由于在产品外层加涂釉面层,使产品美观耐用,防光照,防雨水,防腐蚀;此釉面层可制成多种色彩,色彩尤如大理石、恰似瓷砖,有石质感观,光洁如镜,艳亮照人。本实用新型工艺简单,价格相对低廉,减少建筑成本,容易推广应用。

背景技术
以水泥砂浆为主体的复合保温砌块,保温材料一般采用:聚苯乙稀类、岩棉类、珍珠岩类等轻体保温材料,砌块采用水泥砂浆中间夹有保温材料,为了提高抗震性,制成凸凹榫相接的结构。具有保温、隔音、轻质、吸水率低等优点,但将这种砌块作为外墙板需要在其外面粘贴一层装饰面,既费时费工,又浪费原材料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温轻质外墙板,墙板外层光滑、美观不用贴装饰面。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种保温轻质外墙板,包括砌块和保温层,砌块上设置通孔,通孔内设有保温层,两通孔之间设有加强筋,砌块两侧分别设置相配合的凹槽和凸榫,所述砌块由硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆和玻璃纤维布相间复合而成,砌块外层通过玻璃短丝与釉面层相固接,釉面层由铝酸盐水泥、细砂和颜料混合后浇注而成。
本实用新型保温轻质外墙板,采用玻璃短丝将砌块与釉面层固接在一起,全部为不燃烧材料制成,完全满足了防火标准要求;设有保温层,保温、隔音效果好;由于在外层加涂釉面层,美观耐用,防光照,防雨水,防腐蚀效果优良;此釉面层可制成多种色彩,色彩尤如大理石、洽似瓷砖,有石质感观,光洁如镜,艳亮照人。本实用新型工艺简单,价格相对低廉,减少建筑成本,容易推广应用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,保温轻质外墙板,包括砌块5和保温层3,砌块由硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆和玻璃纤维布相间复合而成,砌块上设置通孔,通孔内设有保温层,两通孔之间设有加强筋4,砌块两侧分别设置凹槽7和凸榫1,通过凹槽7和凸榫1使两块相邻的砌块相搭接。砌块外层设置釉面层6,砌块外层通过玻璃短丝2与釉面层6相固接,釉面层由铝酸盐水泥、细砂和色浆混合后浇注而成。

1.一种保温轻质外墙板,包括砌块(5)和保温层(3),砌块上设置通孔,通孔内设有保温层(3),两通孔之间设有加强筋(4),砌块两侧分别设置相配合的凹槽(7)和凸榫(1),其特征在于:所述砌块(5)由硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆和玻璃纤维布相间复合而成,砌块外层通过玻璃短丝(2)与釉面层(6)相固接,釉面层由铝酸盐水泥、细砂和颜料混合后浇注而成。
