背景技术:现有技术中的气化炉水份和焦油过重,所以造成燃烧效果不好,燃烧不充分,燃烧时间短,容易黑锅,过大的材料不能烧,湿柴不能燃烧。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种湿柴燃烧节能气化炉,该气化炉能充分利用各种农业再生资源湿柴等废弃物变成高燃料值的气体,它能将燃料里所含的水份和焦油充分过滤,进行一次燃烧后送出纯净的可燃气体供灶头燃烧使用。
本实用新型的构成:由内筒、外筒、压料杆、加料口密封盖、O形密封圈、压料机构、弹簧、供风管、进气管、排气管、净化器、密封盖紧固卡组成,在外筒7里面是内筒5,内筒内上部是生物质燃烧室20,下部是焦油燃烧室24,内、外筒之间的内筒5上有焦油内部过滤通道17,外筒7内壁上有气体排出通道26,在焦油内部过滤通道17内的内筒5上方有内筒焦油出口4,下方有焦油进口22,在外筒7上有和净化器23连接的进气管15,在压料杆12上安装压料机构6、O形密封圈14和加料口密封盖1,顶部有压料手柄2,在压料机构6和加料口密封盖之间的压料杆上套装弹簧13,压料机构6安装在生物质燃烧室20内,在生物质燃烧室20内安装供风管8,其头部有出风孔21,加料口密封盖1和O形密封圈14安装在料口槽内,在生物质燃烧室20上部安装焦油回收盘11,在外筒7下部有排灰口盖10。
内筒焦油出口4与生物质燃烧室20和焦油内部过滤通道17连通,焦油进口22与焦油内部过滤通道17和焦油燃烧室24连通,进气管15与气体排出通道26和净化器23连通,在净化器上有排气管19和排渣口18。
在加料口密封盖1上对称安装两块三角铁16,在加料口密封盖1外面的内、外筒上盖上对称铰接两块密封盖紧固卡3,密封盖紧固卡3与三角铁16配合。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,燃料可用湿柴燃烧,可以就地取材变废为宝,节约能源,经济方便,环保、洁净,增加内筒,不论任何可燃物,大小燃料均可燃烧,通过内、外筒之间的焦油内部过滤通道能将燃料里所含的水份和焦油充分过滤,焦油过滤达95%以上,水份过滤达95%以上,燃烧效果达98%,进行一次燃烧后送出纯净的可燃气体供灶头燃烧使用,为二次燃烧,且不黑锅,点火方便,火力威猛。
