为达到上述目的，本实用新型多功能笔，包括笔体和笔帽，为在笔体的末端设有一个装药的腔，笔体的表面通过轴设有折叠的直尺，笔帽内壁四周表面涂敷有可拆换的吸水绒布。
采用上述结构后，在笔体的末端装药的腔内可以放置一些具有芳香、醒脑、安神功能的药品，如提神和安神作用的香料；醒脑的风油精等，直尺方便学生日常使用，笔帽内的吸水绒布可以把渗出的墨水吸收，有效地防止墨水的渗出污染办公用具和文件资料等物品。
