本实用新型涉及到一种阀门，具体地说是一种密封性能较好的微型塑料喷水泵阀门。
背景技术
现有微型塑料喷水阀门，一般都采用球形体封堵出水口，此结构对零件精度要求相当高，但塑料件精度又很难达到这种要求，所以密封性能较差，经常出现漏水现象，造成水资源的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种密封性较好的阀门。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型一种阀门包括软质弹性阀门体、阀芯和喷嘴套，所述阀芯设于所述软质弹性阀门体的孔内，所述阀芯的外侧壁与所述软质弹性阀门体的内侧壁密闭配合，所述软质弹性阀门体设于所述喷嘴套的上端孔内，所述阀芯的上下两端分别设有进水孔和出水孔，所述阀芯的侧壁上分别设有通水孔与所述进水孔和出水孔相连通。
上述一种阀门，所述软质弹性阀门体在未装配时的内径小于所述阀芯的外径。
上述一种阀门，所述阀芯的外壁上设置有凸起。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术结构，使用时，将喷嘴套的上端压卡在泵体的下端，阀芯的进水孔就可与泵体的出水孔相连通。由于阀芯的外侧壁与软质弹性阀门体的内侧壁密闭配合(可将软质弹性阀门体的内径设计成小于阀芯的外径，也可以在阀芯的外壁上设置凸起，使密封性能更佳)，所以软质弹性阀门内腔将阀芯外壁包得非常贴紧，没有任何间隙。当需要喷水时，随着泵内的水压越来越高，从阀芯进水口和通水孔内形成的水压作用于软质弹性阀门体的侧壁，推动其向外弹起，它与阀芯外壁之间产生间隙，此时水就可以通过间隙并经通水孔和出水口后迅速流向喷水套的下端，向外喷出。喷水结束后，软质弹性阀门体恢复到初始状态，其内壁紧紧地包贴在阀芯外表，水就无法滴漏出来。因而，本实用新型阀门具有极好的密封性能，不会产生漏水现象。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型阀门包括软质弹性阀门体2、阀芯3和喷嘴套4，软质弹性阀门体2采用硅胶材料制成(也可采用其它软质弹性材料制成)，其在未装配时的内径小于阀芯3的外径，阀芯3设于软质弹性阀门体2的孔内，阀芯3的外壁上设置有两圈凸起，这样，阀芯3的外侧壁就能与软质弹性阀门体2的内侧壁间密闭配合。阀芯3的上下两端分别设有进水孔和出水孔，阀芯3的侧壁上分别设有通水孔与进水孔的底部和出水孔的上部相连通。软质弹性阀门体2设于喷嘴套4的上端孔内，喷嘴套4的上端压卡在泵体1的下端。
如图3所示，当需要喷水时，泵内的水受到活塞的挤压，水压越来越高。当水压达到一定程度时，软质弹性阀门体2的侧壁向外弹起，与阀芯3的外壁产生间隙，此时水就可以通过间隙迅速流向喷水套的下端。喷水结束后，软质弹性阀门体2恢复到初始状态，其内壁紧紧地包贴住阀芯3的外壁，水就无法滴漏出来。

1、一种阀门，其特征在于，它包括软质弹性阀门体、阀芯和喷嘴套，所述阀芯设于所述软质弹性阀门体的孔内，所述阀芯的外侧壁与所述软质弹性阀门体的内侧壁密闭配合，所述软质弹性阀门体设于所述喷嘴套的上端孔内，所述阀芯的上下两端分别设有进水孔和出水孔，所述阀芯的侧壁上分别设有通水孔与所述进水孔和出水孔相连通。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种阀门，其特征在于，所述软质弹性阀门体在未装配时的内径小于所述阀芯的外径。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一种阀门，其特征在于，所述阀芯的外壁上设置有凸起。
