Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种双风轮风力发电机,在发电机的转子上设有转子轴,转子轴分别伸出电机定子两端,在转子轴两端上分别安装有风轮,在定子的下方连接有回转体,回转体下方有立柱,在回转体的一侧设有风舵。当有风力吹来时,风舵使风轮迎风转动,因前面风轮与后面风轮相隔一定的距离,所以能使两个风轮都能充分吸收风的能量,从而提高风能利用率,增大发电量,特别是在风力较小即使微小的风,就可使风轮转动发电。

本实用新型属于风力发电领域,尤其是一种双风轮风力发电机。
背景技术
目前,风力发电机已广泛在全球各地使用,风力发电机也多种多样。有立轴的,有水平风向的,有单叶片也有多叶片,但从实际应用来看,目前所有各种类型号的发电机在发电效率及风能利用效率上都不太理想,特别是现有风力发电机启动风速高,风能利用效率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有风力发电机启动风速高、风能利用效率低的弊端,本实用新型提供一种风能利用效率高、启动风速低的双风轮风力发电机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在发电机的转子上设有转子轴,转子轴分别伸出电机定子两端,在转子轴两端上分别安装有风轮,在定子的下方连接有回转体,回转体下方有立柱,在回转体的一侧设有风舵。当有风力吹来时,风舵使风轮迎风转动,因前面风轮与后面风轮相隔一定的距离,所以能使两个风轮都能充分吸收风的能量,从而提高风能利用率,增大发电量,特别是在风力较小即使微小的风,就可使风轮转动发电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明,对本实用新型作进一步的阐述。
如图1、图2,定子1内装有转子2,转子2上设有转子轴3,转子轴3分别由两端轴承4承托,且转子轴3分别伸出发电机定子1的两端,在转子轴3的两端分别安装有风轮5,风轮5前有导流罩6,在定子1的下端设有回转体7,回转体7的一侧则设有风舵8,回转体7的下方还装有立柱9。当风吹来时,风轮4带动转子轴3同时转动,从而使较弱的风就能带动转子旋转发出电流。本实用新型具有风能利用效率高、启动风速低、运行平稳等优点,尤其是在风速较低的情况下,即可旋转发电,是传统发电机所无法比拟的。

1、一种双风轮风力发电机,由转子(2)、定子(1)、轴承(4)、风轮(5)、导流罩(6)、回转体(7)、风舵(8)、立柱(9)等组成,其特征在于:定子(1)内装有转子(2),转子(2)上设有转子轴(3),转子轴(3)分别由两端轴承(4)承托,且转子轴(3)分别伸出发电机定子(1)的两端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种双风轮风力发电机,其特征在于:转子轴(3)的两端分别安装有风轮(5),风轮(5)前有导流罩(6)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种双风轮风力发电机,其特征在于:定子(1)的下端设有回转体(7),回转体(7)的一侧则设有风舵(8),回转体(7)的下方还装有立柱(9)。
