Abstract
本实用新型提出了一种钢筋螺纹连接套筒。现有的钢筋螺纹连接套筒外表面为圆形，因此在连接过程中容易因对表面造成损伤，且连接强度不足。本实用新型提出的钢筋螺纹连接套筒外表面设有纵肋，所述纵肋沿所述套筒本体的轴向延伸。这样连接钢筋接头时可轻松的用普通管钳或其他工具达到连接所规定的最大旋合力矩而不至于打滑，使连接的一致性得以保证，从而确保了连接质量和速度。

技术领域
本本实用新型涉及一种用于钢筋混凝土浇筑中通过直螺纹工艺将两根钢筋连接在一起的钢筋直螺纹连接件——钢筋螺纹连接套筒。
背景技术
现有技术中的钢筋直螺纹接头的连接用套筒外表为圆形。在长期的施工实践中，由于连接手段采用的是管钳旋转连接，在力矩值大小和连接件与扳手的咬合上存在不稳定因素，对连接过程打滑和连接是否到位影响较大，对连接件的表面损伤加大。在混凝土凝固后，起不到增强钢筋混凝上的整体强度的作用。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足，本实用新型的目的是提出一种钢筋螺纹连接套筒，相比较现有的圆形钢筋螺纹连接套筒能够增加钢筋接头的握裹力，从而提高钢筋混凝土强度、能够提高钢筋的连接质量和连接速度。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提出一种钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其具有一套筒本体，所述套筒本体内设有螺纹，其特征在于，所述套筒本体表面设有纵肋，肋沿所述套筒本体的轴向延伸
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述纵肋为两条或两条以上。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述纵肋横截面为四边形或六边形或八边形。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述纵肋与所述套筒本体一体成型。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述纵肋等距分布于所述套筒本体外表面。

本实用新型优选实施例如图1和图2所示，包括套筒本体1，如图2所示，在套筒本体1内壁设有螺纹。如图1所示，套筒本体1的的外表面设有纵肋。纵肋的数量可以为两条或两条以上，如图所示的实施例中纵肋为8条。纵肋的形状可以为多种，如图1所示的实施例中纵肋横截面为四边形，也可以为六边形或八边形，且纵肋与所述套筒本体一体成型，纵肋等距均匀分布于所述套筒本体外表面。
虽然，本实用新型已通过以上实施例及其附图而清楚说明，然而在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下，所属技术领域的技术人员当可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的变化和修正，但这些相应的变化和修正都应属于本实用新型的权利要求的保护范围。

1、一种钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其具有一套筒本体，所述套筒本体内设有螺纹，其特征在于，所述套筒本体表面设有纵肋，肋沿所述套筒本体的轴向延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋为两条或两条以上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋横截面为四边形。
4、根据权利要求1所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋横截面为六边形。
5、根据权利要求1所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋横截面为八边形。
6、根据权利要求1至5之一所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋与所述套筒本体一体成型。
7、根据权利要求1到5之一所述的所述的钢筋螺纹连接套筒，其特征在于，所述纵肋等距分布于所述套筒本体外表面。
