本实用新型涉及医疗器械装置，尤其是一种加压腹带装置。
背景技术
目前临床上处理宫缩乏力引起的产后出血，需要腹部加压的患者；剖宫产术后、预防宫腔积血、刀口渗血的患者、妇科与外科腹部手术预防刀口渗血的患者的措施，主要有两种：一是弹力腹带，另一种为沙袋加压。弹力腹带一种型号可供多种腹围的人使用，腹围较大者，弹力腹带固定不牢固，张力大不能有效的限制腹围起到加压的作用，腹围较小者弹力腹带由两侧髓骨撑起，不能起到加压的作用。沙袋加压，限制了患者活动，增加了褥疮、肠粘连等各种并发症的发生率，且沙袋消毒处理麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决了现有技术存在的不足之处而提供了一种加压腹带装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括无弹力腹带、腹带两端配合粘接扣，还包括腹带内固定有加压气垫，以及为加压气垫提供压缩空气的加压泵，加压泵设置于腹带外侧，加压泵与加压气垫采用橡胶管连接，加压气垫的长度为腹带的长度的五分之二，加压气垫由压线分为数个连通的腔体。该加压腹带装置，加压便利，容易操作，而且相通的数个连续的腔体设计能够使患者舒适，腹部受压均衡。
为了便于实时观测加压的状况，本实用新型的进一步改进还有，腹带上固定有压力检测装置。压力检测装置的压力表外置。这样便于观测，随时调整加压泵的工作状态。
此外，当压力加到一定程度，可以通过缓慢加压，使患者舒适，本实用新型的进一步改进还有，加压泵设置有调速按钮。
该实用新型的优点是：使用方便，操作简单，固定牢固，适合各种腹围的患者，压力可根据需要任意调解，能有效的限制腹围，减少刀口缝线的张力，减轻刀口疼痛，敢于咳嗽，可早期下床活动；有效的避免了刀口裂开，肺内感染，肠粘连等并发症的发生；便于消毒，防止交叉感染，选用材料通气性好，减少患者不适。

如图1所示的一种加压腹带装置，包括无弹力腹带1、腹带1两端配合粘接扣5，腹带1内固定有加压气垫2，以及为加压气垫2提供压缩空气的加压泵3，加压泵3设置于腹带1外侧，加压泵3与加压气垫2采用橡胶管4连接，加压泵3设置有调速按钮。加压气垫2的长度为腹带1的长度的五分之二，加压气垫2由压线6分为数个连通的腔体。腹带1上固定有压力检测装置8，压力检测装置8的压力表9位于腹带1外侧。加压泵3设置有调速按钮7。
