本实用新型公开了一种发电机组的整体式静音箱，属电器产品中的发电机组。其特征是：有一个长方形箱体，箱体的前后开有进出风口，箱体两侧开有门窗。本实用新型发电机组的静音箱采用了新材料、新工艺、新结构，即采用玻璃钢(玻璃纤维增强塑料)整体成型结构，并在前后开有进出风口，在两侧开有门窗。采取以上新材料、新工艺、新结构方便装配，提高生产效率。采用该结构后板厚加厚，整体性好，可有效降低振动及机组噪音，采用玻璃钢材料可防锈及提高机组的美观度等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电器产品中的发电机组，具体的说是采用新材料、新工艺、新结构改进的一种发电机组的整体式静音箱。
背景技术
目前，发电机组静音箱大多采用薄钢板结构，薄钢板经过切割、折弯、焊接等冷作加工，再经除锈、磷化处理、喷塑等工艺。最后有几块成型件组装成静音箱。工艺过程比较费时，同时因薄钢板在机组使用时易振动而增加机组噪音等缺陷。
从包括中国专利在内的有关资料检索表明，目前尚未查到采用玻璃钢(即玻璃纤维增强塑料)整体成型结构发电机组的静音箱的相关报道。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是要提供一种发电机组的静音箱壳体采用玻璃钢(即玻璃纤维增强塑料)整体成型结构，即提供一种发电机组的整体式静音箱。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种发电机组的整体式静音箱，其特征是：有一个长方形箱体，箱体的前后开有进出风口，箱体两侧开有门窗。
本实用新型采用玻璃钢制作的整体式箱体可以有效地替代现有采用薄钢板结构组装成形的箱体。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型采用了整体式的箱体结构，因此可以方便装配，提高生产效率。采用该结构后板厚加厚，整体性好，可有效降低振动及机组噪音，采用玻璃钢材料可防锈及提高机组的美观度。因此，本实用新型能够达到拟定的目的。
