Abstract

利用发动机尾气余热的系统,发动机排气管内有传热管通过,传热管通过输液管与热机相连,热机与制冷压缩机相连或与发电机相连,热机通过输液管与冷凝器相连,冷凝器通过输液管与液压泵相连,液压泵通过输液管与储液器相连,储液器上方有一个通气管与传热管相连,储液器下方通过输液管与传热管下方相连。该系统利用尾气余热达到制冷或发电的效果。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及发动机尾气的利用、低温热源的利用等领域。
二、背景技术
现有的发动机尾气都是白白的排放掉,存在能源浪费的问题,背景文献《百度》都知道!
三、发明内容
1、要解决的问题:现有的发动机尾气没有利用上白白浪费掉。
2、解决技术问题采用的技术方案:发动机排气管(2)内有传热管(3)通过,传热管(3)通过输液管与热机(4)相连,热机(4)与制冷压缩机(5)相连或与发电机(6)相连,热机(4)通过输液管与冷凝器(7)相连,冷凝器(7)通过输液管与液压泵(8)相连,液压泵(8)通过输液管与储液器(9)相连,储液器(9)的上方有一个通气管(10)与传热管(3)相连,储液器(9)的下方通过输液管与传热管(3)下方相连。
四、对照现有技术,写明有益有效果
现有技术的制冷压缩机都是用发动机带动增加耗油量而发动机尾气都是白白浪费掉直接排入大气,本发明不需要耗油只是利用尾气的热量就能达到制冷的目的。

六、具体实施方式
1、在柴油或汽油发动机排气管(2)内安装传热管(3)使传热管(3)内的液体蒸发产生蒸汽推动热机(4)转动。
2、将热机(4)与压缩机(5)或与发电机(6)连接在一起,热机(4)转动时带动压缩机(5)或发电机(6)也跟着转动完成制冷或发电。
3、将传热管(3)与储液器(9)相连接,保证传热管(3)有充足的液体蒸发。

1、利用发动机尾气余热的系统,其特征是:发动机排气管(2)内有传热管(3)通过,传热管(3)通过输液管与热机(4)相连,热机(4)与制冷压缩机(5)相连或与发电机(6)相连,热机(4)通过输液管与冷凝器(7)相连,冷凝器(7)通过输液管与液压泵(8)相连,液压泵(8)通过输液管与储液器(9)相连,储液器(9)的上方有一个通气管(10)与传热管(3)相连,储液器(9)的下方通过输液管与传热管(3)下方相连。
