Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种坚果破壳装置，包括底板、压板、压杆，底板与压板轴连接，两者相向面对应位置开设多个凹面，在压板前端开设插槽；压杆顶端为把手，中间段为锤头状结构，末端为插杆，插杆安插在插槽内。使用时，使用者把坚果放在底板凹面处，然后手握压杆的把手处，向下压动压板，利用压板压破坚果；一旦压板无法压破坚果，使用者还可把坚果取出放在平面上，抽出压杆，利用压杆中段的锤头结构敲碎坚果。本实用新型具有结构合理、应用广泛、外形美观、高效便捷等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种开壳器，尤其是一种专用于坚果类食品的开壳装置。
背景技术
众所周知，坚果类食物含有丰富的维生素、蛋白质等营养元素，是人们茶余饭后最好的零食。但是，由于坚果表面过于坚硬，人们不便用牙、手直接开壳，只能依靠外部工具才能打开坚果，非常麻烦。而且目前的开壳器功能过于简单，普遍依靠压板咬合开壳或锤子敲击开壳，无法满足人们的需求。为此，我们提供一个坚果破壳装置来解决上述问题非常必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种坚果破壳装置，用于解决普通开壳器功能简单、耗费体力等问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型坚果破壳装置，包括底板、压板、压杆，底板与压板轴连接组成整体，两者相向面对应位置开设多个凹面，在压板活动端侧面向内开设插槽，插槽方向垂直于转轴方向；压杆顶端为把手，中间段为锤头状结构，末端为插杆，插杆可以安插在插槽内。
采用上述结构后，使用者把榛子、板栗、核桃等坚果类食品放置在底板凹面处，然后手握压杆的把手处，向下压动压板，由于压板内表面的凹面与底板凹面位置对应，可压破坚果，但不会压碎坚果，可保持坚果的完整性；另外，一旦压板无法压破坚果，使用者还可把坚果取出放在平面上，从压板顶端插槽内抽出压杆，使用者手握压杆的插杆端，利用中段的锤头结构敲击坚果，实现破壳目的。
本实用新型的优点是：结构合理、应用广泛、外形美观、高效便捷，可节省人们体力，提供方便舒适的开壳条件。
