本实用新型属于一种炉具,特别涉及一种高效节能炉。
背景技术
传统的制作豆腐的煤炉的结构比较简单,炉体内为炉膛,炉膛底部为炉条,加煤口设在炉条下部,炉体顶部设有锅口。锅放在锅口上,锅体底部陷在炉膛内。该煤炉不但可以用来制作豆腐使用,也可以作为一般的炊事炉。其存在的问题是,热效率比较低,燃煤多,开锅慢,烟多,污染严重。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效节能炉,燃烧充分,热效率高。
本实用新型高效节能炉,包括炉体,炉体内为炉膛,炉体顶部设有锅口,炉膛底部为炉条,加煤口设在炉条上方位置的炉体上,其特征在于在炉膛内于炉条上部设有一圈火墙,火墙上连接拦火片,拦火片顶部与炉膛顶部间隔有距离。
火墙和拦火片的作用是使火力比较集中,利于燃料的燃烧,从而提高热效率。
本实用新型的优点:
炉膛大,利于燃烧。火墙和拦火片使火力集中,提高热效率,减少黑烟。

具体实施方式
如图1,炉体1内为炉膛2,炉膛2底部设置炉条7,加煤口8设在炉条7上方位置的炉条上。炉条下方为灰斗10。在炉膛2内于炉条7上部设有一圈长方形火墙6,火墙6上连接锅体形的拦火片5,拦火片5顶部与炉膛顶部间隔有距离。制作豆腐的锅4放入锅口3上,其下部进入炉膛内,一般拦火片5顶部位于锅体的2/3处位置。
从加煤口8往炉膛内加煤,煤在炉膛内燃烧,受火墙和拦火片的作用,火力比较集中在锅体位置。同时由于炉膛比较大,煤炭燃烧充分,减少黑烟。

1、一种高效节能炉,包括炉体,炉体内为炉膛,炉体顶部设有锅口,炉膛底部为炉条,其特征在于在炉膛内于炉条上部设有一圈火墙,火墙上连接拦火片,拦火片顶部与炉膛顶部间隔有距离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高效节能炉,其特征在于所述火墙为长方形,拦火片呈锅体形。
