所属技术领域
本实用新型属于爆炸波吹灰技术领域，具体涉及一种用有旋涡气泵的配气引发器的锅炉吹灰器系统。
背景技术
爆炸波吹灰器又名脉冲吹灰器、冲击波吹灰器、激波吹灰器等，最早是由乌克兰的科技人员于上世纪八十年代最先提出的，主要是使燃料与助燃气体形成的预混气在通过喷管与烟道连通的爆炸罐内燃烧爆炸，通过爆炸冲击波的冲击作用和高速射流的冲刷作用清除换热面和烟道壁面的积灰。国内则自上世纪九十年代开始发展，由于清灰效果好且能够清除顽固性灰垢，发展十分迅速。
已有的用锅炉吹灰器系统都是采用比较大的混合器，整体制造出来体积大，运输和安装不方便，而且采用的是高能点火器，成本很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种用有旋涡气泵的配气引发器的锅炉吹灰器系统，与已有技术相比，这种锅炉吹灰器系统体积小，安装方便，成本低，可靠性好。
本实用新型的方案是：一种用旋涡气泵的锅炉吹灰器系统，主要包括：弱爆炸罐，配气引发器单元，控制柜，控制线路，乙炔管道，乙炔供气柜。
本实用新型的主要优点在于：
1.系统设计合理，使用安全可靠，故障率低，便于安装，维修方便；
2.由于使用旋涡气泵做气原，减少了使用现场一次风的管道，安装更方便；
3.由于配气引发器单元使用了高效混合器，点火器采用了汽车的火花塞，大幅度降低了制造成本；
4.由于高效混合器混合均匀度提高，在其它条件不变的前提下，更节省燃料气，混合气的爆炸能量也更高；

具体实施方式
本实施例的锅炉吹灰器系统主要包括：弱爆炸罐(1)，配气引发器(2)，控制柜(3)，控制线路(4)，乙炔管道(5)，乙炔供气柜(6)，一托二工作单元(7)，一托一工作单元(8)，其中弱爆炸罐(1)与配气引发器(2)为一组工作单元，根据需要可安装N个工作单元。吹灰器的所有动作执行过程，都是由控制柜内的电器元件发出指令进行控制的。空气进口是由配气引发器单元中的旋涡气泵输出定量压缩气体，经管道进入混合器，乙炔气通过电磁阀控制进入混合器，当爆炸罐充满混合气体后，经点火引爆，爆炸冲击波沿着喷口冲出，将锅炉内壁管的积灰震掉，达到除灰的目的。
