Abstract

本实用新型公开一种LED照明用电源,设有过流保护电路,过流保护电路的输出与限流电路相接,限流电路的输出与整流电路相接,整流电路的输出与抗冲击电路相接,抗冲击电路的输出与稳压电路相接。同现有技术相比,最大的特点是以高压恒流为LED提供照明电源,结构简单、成本低、载荷高,可以LED实现主体照明,在同等亮度的前提下,比紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)节电约10%。同时本实用新型还具有温度低、寿命长(10万小时)及无电磁辐射等优点,可降低温室效应,利于环保。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种LED用电源,尤其是一种结构简单、成本低廉、高压(50~110V)恒流的LED照明用电源。
背景技术:
目前,LED(发光二极管)以其体积小、重量轻、能耗低、安全可靠、寿命长(达10万小时)等优点已在多个领域广泛应用,如应用于汽车的刹车灯、景观灯、装饰灯、背景灯、指示灯、报警灯、交通灯及显示屏等的显示用灯。现有LED用电源通常都是低压(3~36V)恒压,基本结构形式有如下两种:一种是设有变压电路及与之相接的稳压电路,在变压、稳压的过程中会滤去多余的能量,造成能源浪费;另一种则是高频开关电源,会产生多次谐波而对电网造成污染。另外,无论是哪种形式的LED用低压恒压电源,均存在着结构复杂、体积大、成本高以及载荷低等缺点,以至于现有的LED还不能应用于诸如家庭、商场、宾馆、办公楼等场所的照明,致使照明能耗为总能耗的15%左右。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的LED无法在照明领域普遍应用的技术问题,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、高压恒流的LED照明用电源。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种LED照明用电源,其特征在于:设有过流保护电路,过流保护电路的输出与限流电路相接,限流电路的输出与整流电路相接,整流电路的输出与抗冲击电路相接,抗冲击电路的输出与稳压电路相接。
与所述的稳压电路相接有负载信号反馈电路。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,最大的特点是以高压恒流为LED提供照明电源,结构简单、成本低、载荷高,可以LED实现主体照明,在同等亮度的前提下,比紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)节电约10%。同时本实用新型还具有温度低、寿命长(10万小时)及无电磁辐射等优点,可降低温室效应,利于环保。

具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
实施例1如图1所示:
设有过流保护电路,过流保护电路的输出与限流电路相接,限流电路的输出与整流电路相接,整流电路的输出与抗冲击电路相接,抗冲击电路的输出与稳压电路相接,各电路均可采用现有技术。
使用时,将过流保护电路的输入端与市电电源(交流220V)相接,经过限流电路、整流电路、抗冲击电路、稳压电路,最终输出电压为50~110V、电流为18~22mA的直流电,为LED提供照明电源。
实施例2如图2所示:
基本电路同实施例1,即设有过流保护电路,过流保护电路的输出与限流电路相接,限流电路的输出与整流电路相接,整流电路的输出与抗冲击电路相接,抗冲击电路的输出与稳压电路相接,与现有技术不同的是与所述的稳压电路相接有负载信号反馈电路,即将负载与稳压电路形成闭环反馈电路,以将负载信号反馈至稳压电路,实时调整输出电流,使电流最大值不超过25mA。

1.一种LED照明用电源,其特征在于:设有过流保护电路,过流保护电路的输出与限流电路相接,限流电路的输出与整流电路相接,整流电路的输出与抗冲击电路相接,抗冲击电路的输出与稳压电路相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED照明用电源,其特征在于:与所述的稳压电路相接有负载信号反馈电路。
