目前,工业缝纫机用的电机,其定子的绕线槽结构,大都适用于采用漆包铜线绕制定子线圈,成本高,尚没有采用适用于漆包铝线绕制的电机定子冲片。

本实用新型的技术问题是要提供一种工业缝纫机漆包铝线电机的定子冲片,该电机定子冲片均布若干U形线槽,U形线槽顶部的圆弧直径g=5-7mm,底部的最窄处h=3.2-4.8mm,开口宽度j=2-2.3mm,口径深度i=1.5mm。
所述定子冲片,其外径d=135±10mm,内径e=80±6mm,外径宽边a=123±10mm,b=56±5mm,线槽顶端对角线距离f=112±8mm。
本实用新型的优点是,不但可以使铝线电机的效率达到或超过铜线电机的效率,还能达到同等电机输出功率的效率,并且还可以大大降低电机的制造成本。
