Abstract

本实用新型公开一种可插拔模组,其包括设有外壳的插座及一可插入外壳内与该插座配合的插头。插头表面设有一卡扣结构,外壳设有一卡扣弹片,当插头插入插座时,卡扣结构与外壳的卡扣弹片扣持配合。插头包括可沿一侧面移动的释放装置,当需要将插头从插座拔出时,可驱动释放装置以抵推卡扣弹片,使得卡扣弹片与卡扣结构脱离配合。所述插头表面设有一与前述侧面呈一定角度的导引面,释放装置包括一随动的抵推弹片,抵推弹片可在导引面导引下抵推卡扣弹片使其与卡扣结构脱离。

可插拔模组
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种插头与插座配合的可插拔模组,尤其涉及可释放该插头与插座之间锁扣的释放装置。
【技术背景】
现有一种信号转换模组,其可安装在一设有卡扣弹片的金属壳体内。该信号转换模组包括一插座,安装于插座前端的滑动推块以及一释放机构。该插座上设有一卡扣凸起,释放机构包括一释放架和一连接杆,该释放架安装于插座上并可转动。拉动释放架可推动滑动推块进入插座,滑动推块顶推壳体上的卡扣弹片,使该卡扣凸起与卡扣弹片分离,从而将信号转换模组与金属壳体分离。该信号转换模组的释放装置结构复杂,不利于操作。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简单的释放插头与插座之间锁扣的释放装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种可插拔模组,其包括设有外壳的插座及一可插入外壳内与该插座配合的插头。插头表面设有一卡扣结构,外壳设有一卡扣弹片,当插头插入插座时,卡扣结构与外壳的卡扣弹片扣持配合。插头包括可沿一侧面移动的释放装置,当需要将插头从插座拔出时,可驱动释放装置以抵推卡扣弹片,使得卡扣弹片与卡扣结构脱离配合。所述插头表面设有一与前述侧面呈一定角度的导引面,释放装置包括一随动的抵推弹片,抵推弹片在导引面导引下抵推卡扣弹片使其与卡扣结构脱离。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:在将插头从插座中释放时,驱动释放装置,抵推弹片在导引面导引下抵推卡扣弹片使其与卡扣结构脱离,其中释放装置的结构简单且利于操作。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型揭示一种可插拔模组100,其包括设有外壳1的插座(未图示)及一可插入外壳1内与该插座1配合的插头3。外壳1包括一设有凹孔101的卡扣弹片10。
请参阅图2,插头3包括一上座体31、一底座32、位于上座体31与底座32之间的印刷电路板33以及可沿插头3一侧面移动的释放装置34。
请参阅图1-3,上座体31包括凹槽312、设于凹槽312中的一“E”形凸台313、位于“E”形凸台313表面且可与外壳1的卡扣弹片101扣持配合的卡扣结构310、以及位于上座体31前端的挡壁311。挡壁311的前侧设有一开口槽3111。所述上座体31的凹槽312中设有一对导引面314。
释放装置34包括一扺推弹片340以及可带动抵推弹片340滑动的拉片341。所述抵推弹片340包括一框口3401、向导引面314方向延伸之抵接片3403以及自框口3401延伸的回弹部3402。所述回弹部3402前端抵接于挡壁311,其可将抵推弹片340自动回弹至抵推弹片340滑动前位置。拉带341自开口槽3111延伸而出。
插头3还包括线缆37、连接装置36以及分别扣持于上座体31与底座32的上遮蔽壳体35与下遮蔽壳体350。连接装置36将若干线缆37连接至印刷电路板33。上遮壁壳体35可将抵推弹片340限定于上遮蔽壳体35与上座体31间。
请参阅图1-3,组装本可插拔模组100,第一步:连接装置36将线缆37连接至印刷电路板33。再将印刷电路板33放置于底座32上,若干螺姆330将印刷电路板33锁固于底座32。第二步:将上座体31与底座扣合。第三步:将组装好的释放装置34安装于上座体31的相应位置,抵推弹片340放置于凹槽312中,拉带341自开口槽3111穿出,然后将上、下遮壁壳体35、350安装于上座体31与底座32上。最后将插头3插入插座中。
请参照图4,为自外壳1中释放插头3的示意图,当拉动拉带341时,抵接片3403在导引面314导引下滑动且抵推卡扣弹片10使其与卡扣结构310脱离,回弹部3402发生弹性形变且抵接于挡壁311。当插头3自外壳1中释放后,松开拉带341,抵推弹片340在回弹部3402作用下回弹至滑动前位置。在将插头3从插座中释放时,驱动释放装置34,抵推弹片340在导引面314导引下抵推卡扣弹片10使其与卡扣结构310脱离,其中释放装置34的结构简单且利于操作。

Claims (7)

1.一种可插拔模组,其包括设有外壳的插座及一可插入外壳内与该插座配合的插头,所述插头表面设有一卡扣结构,外壳设有一卡扣弹片,当插头插入插座时,卡扣结构与外壳的卡扣弹片扣持配合,插头包括可沿一侧面移动的释放装置,当需要将插头从插座拔出时,可驱动释放装置以抵推卡扣弹片,使得卡扣弹片与卡扣结构脱离配合,其特征在于:所述插头表面设有一与前述侧面呈一定角度的导引面,释放装置包括一随动的抵推弹片,所述抵推弹片可在导引面导引下抵推卡扣弹片使其与卡扣结构脱离。
2.如权利要求1所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述抵推弹片包括一框口以及自框口延伸的回弹部,其可将抵推弹片自动回弹至滑动前位置,所述插头设有挡壁,抵推弹片之回弹部前端抵接于挡壁。
3.如权利要求2所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述挡壁前端设有一开口槽,释放装置包括可带动抵推弹片滑动的拉片,所述拉片自开口槽延伸而出。
4.如权利要求1所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述抵推弹片包括自框口一侧向导引面方向延伸之抵接片。
5.如权利要求1所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述插头包括一上座体、一底座、安装于底座与上座体之间的印刷电路板、线缆以及连接装置,所述连接装置可将线缆连接至印刷电路板。
6.如权利要求5所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述上座体表面设有可放置抵推弹片的凹槽。
7.如权利要求1所述之可插拔模组,其特征在于:所述插头还包括一扣持于座体的遮蔽壳体,其可将抵推弹片限定于遮蔽壳体与座体间。
