技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体材料,特别是涉及一种保温混凝土空心砌块。
背景技术
混凝土空心砌块是一种新型的墙体材料,具有轻质、节土、节能特点,符合墙体改革政策,是一种取代黏土砖最具优势的墙体材料。但砌块砌体的抗拉强度及抗剪强度低,干缩变形比较大,使得墙体在使用过程中出现裂缝,成为了制约其推广应用的瓶颈。
目前广泛应用的多排孔保温混凝土砌块,在砌筑时,从上至下,砌块的孔、肋不能对齐,使得上下皮实际接触灰缝的面积大大减少,不利于墙体的抗剪;并且,在灌孔时,由于孔、肋不能对齐,于砌块孔洞中形成的混凝土芯柱,从上至下,截面在灰缝处都有突变,在考虑芯柱抗剪时,实际的芯柱有效截面高度又有所降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述砌体存在的抗剪强度低,墙体容易开裂的缺陷,提供一种能有效改善墙体力学性能,提高墙体抗剪强度的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:其包括设有多排孔的砌块体,其特征在于:孔的排数至少有三排,其中内排孔的中间肋厚度为两侧肋厚度之和加上灰缝厚度;外排孔的中间孔洞长度等于两侧开孔长度之和加上灰缝厚度。
优选方案:砌块外排孔中的横肋与内排孔中的横肋错开,并且都正对相邻孔洞的中部。
本实用新型砌块中的孔洞形状不限,可以为矩形、椭圆形或圆角矩形,也可以为其它形状,但优选长方形。
本实用新型砌块孔洞内可以内插苯板等保温材料,还可以灌轻质混凝土等砂浆,以进一步提高保温效果。
本实用新型砌块宽度和孔洞尺寸,可以根据需要进行调整。
本实用新型砌块两壁表面可以为普通平面,也可以做成劈离式等其它形式。
本实用新型之多排孔保温混凝土砌块可采用普通混凝土制作,也可以采用陶粒混凝土、轻质混凝土等多种材料制作。
本实用新型之多排孔保温混凝土砌块,不论是在同缝还是错缝砌筑墙体时,均能实现从上至下孔肋对齐。
本实用新型的优点在于:(1)实现孔、肋对齐后,墙体在承受竖向压力时,传力路径明确,墙体在竖向压力作用下不会出现造成墙体开裂的横向应力,从而提高了墙体在竖向压力下的开列荷载;(2)在实现孔、肋对齐后,墙体的上下皮砌块接触处水平灰缝的面积增大,砌体的抗压和抗剪强度也较普通混凝土小型空心砌块有较大地提高;(3)在灌孔的情况下,芯柱从上至下截面中心保持在同一轴线上,芯柱实际的抗剪截面有效高度没有减小,从而灌孔砌块砌体的抗剪强度又有一定的提高;(4)砌块的外排孔宽度较小,内排孔宽度较大,可在孔洞中填充苯板或其它保温材料,并可根据不同地区、不同节能要求、不同建筑物的保温要求选择不同的填充方式,比如说填充一排孔、两排孔或三排孔;(5)砌块外排孔中的横肋与内排孔中的横肋错开,并且都正对相邻孔洞的正中,有效地提高了砌块的保温性能;(6)仅对砌块几何形状加以改进,不必改变传统的砌块砌体的结构设计、施工;施工工艺简单、造价不变,推广方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照附图,本实施例包括设有三排孔的砌块体1,其中内排孔的中间肋4的厚度为两侧肋5-1及5-2厚度之和加上灰缝厚度;外排孔的中间孔洞2的长度等于两侧开孔6-1及6-2的长度之和加上灰缝厚度。
砌块外排孔中的横肋3-1、3-2与内排孔中的横肋4错开,并且都正对相邻孔洞的中部。
砌块中的孔洞为圆角长方形(也可为椭圆形或圆形,也可以为其它形状)。
砌块孔洞内可以内插苯板等保温材料,还可以灌轻质混凝土等砂浆。

1、一种多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,包括设有多排孔的砌块体,其特征在于:孔的排数至少有三排,其中内排孔的中间肋厚度为两侧肋厚度之和加上灰缝厚度;外排孔的中间孔洞长度等于两侧开孔长度之和加上灰缝厚度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于:砌块外排孔中的横肋与内排孔中的横肋错开,并且都正对相邻孔洞的中部。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,砌块中的孔洞为矩形、椭圆形或圆角矩形。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,砌块孔洞内插有保温材料。
5、根据权利要求3所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,砌块的矩形、椭圆形或圆形孔洞内插有保温材料。
6、根据权利要求4所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,所述保温材料为苯板。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,砌块两壁表面普通平面。
8、根据权利要求1或2所述的多排孔对齐式保温混凝土砌块,其特征在于,砌块两壁表面为劈离式。
