Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种防坠防撞座椅,本实用新型包括椅座、椅靠背和椅架,椅架内穿过至少一个固定梁,椅架内至少设六根承重柔质高强度绳索固定在椅架与固定梁之间,根据三点确定一平面,椅架两侧的每一侧至少固定三根承重柔质高强度绳索,固定杆固定在飞机、直升机或汽车上,当遇到飞机特别是直升飞机坠毁触地或者汽车相撞等紧急情况时,飞机或汽车等部件受到的冲击力传递给固定杆,椅架内的承重柔质高强度绳索从不同方向缓冲固定杆传过来的冲击力,大大减小冲击力从而最大限度地保护人员的安全。

技术领域
本实用新型属于座椅技术领域,尤其涉及一种既可防坠又可防撞的座椅。
背景技术
当前所使用在飞机上的防坠防撞座椅,大多是在机身和座椅上采用吸能材料,万一飞机出事可以起到缓冲作用,但由于没有从结构上根本改进,效果甚微,也有人通过在机身下方设置安全气囊,在机身触地前一瞬间充气缓冲,但由于冲击力量巨大,再加上飞机坠毁触地的角度不固定且难以预测,根本无法达到预期效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要的目的是提供一种防坠防撞的座椅。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
本实用新型包括椅座、椅靠背和椅架,椅架内穿过至少一个固定梁,椅架内至少设四根承重柔质高强度绳索固定在椅架与固定梁之间,椅架两侧的每一侧至少固定两根承重柔质高强度绳索。
上述防坠防撞座椅,所述固定梁置于椅架内中部。
上述防坠防撞座椅,所述固定梁的横截面是矩形。
上述防坠防撞座椅,所述固定梁的横截面是圆形。
上述防坠防撞座椅,圆形固定梁穿过环形扣件并将环形扣件固定在圆形固定梁上,承重柔质高强度绳索扣接在环形扣件上,根据三点确定一平面,椅架下设置至少三根稳定柔质高强度绳索,椅架下设置四根稳定柔质高强度绳索,座椅架下每角设置一根。
上述防坠防撞座椅,所述椅架内穿过两个固定梁,每个固定梁与每侧椅架之间固定两根承重柔质高强度绳索。
本实用新型日常可当座椅使用,本实用新型的承载物可以是飞机、直升机、汽车等,当遇到飞机特别是直升飞机坠毁触地或者汽车相撞等紧急情况时,飞机或汽车等部件受到的冲击力传递给稳定柔质高强度绳索和固定杆,椅腿下稳定柔质高强度绳索从不同方向缓冲机身或者汽车部件传过来的冲击力,椅座下的承重柔质高强度绳索从不同方向缓冲固定杆传过来的冲击力,使冲击力减到最小从而最大限度地保护人员的安全,另外,椅架下的稳定柔质高强度绳索和对称设置在椅座下的承重柔质高强度绳索可以保证机身或汽车任一位置发生碰撞时,都能最大限度的缓冲各个方向的冲击力从而能够最大限度的对人体起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构和使用原理做进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示本实用新型包括椅座1、椅靠背2和椅架3,椅架3内穿过一个固定梁6,固定梁6置于椅架内中部,椅架3内设六根承重柔质高强度绳索7,承重柔质高强度绳索7固定在椅架3与固定梁6之间,根据三点确定一个平面,椅架3两侧的每一侧至少固定三根承重柔质高强度绳索7,还可以是四根、五根或者更多根,固定梁6穿过环形扣件5并将环形扣件5固定在固定梁6上,承重柔质高强度绳索7扣接在环形扣件5上,椅架3下设置四根稳定柔质高强度绳索4,椅架3下每角设置一根稳定柔质高强度绳索4,上述的柔质高强度绳索还可以是其他柔质高强材料制品。
如图3和图4所示本实用新型的另一种结构是在所述椅架3内穿过一个固定梁6,固定梁6横截面是矩形,椅架3两侧的每一侧固定三根承重柔质高强度绳索7,其中承重柔质高强度绳索7还可以是四根、五根或者更多根。
如图5和图6所示本实用新型还有另一种结构是在椅架3内穿过两根横截面为圆形的固定梁6,固定梁6穿过环形扣件5并将环形扣件5固定在圆形固定梁6上,承重柔质高强度绳索扣接在环形扣件上,每个固定梁与每侧椅架之间固定两根承重柔质高强度绳索,其中承重柔质高强度绳索7还可以是四根、五根或者更多根。

Claims (7)

1、一种防坠防撞座椅,包括椅座、椅靠背和椅架,其特征在于:椅架内穿过至少一个固定梁,椅架内至少设四根承重柔质高强度绳索固定在椅架与固定梁之间,椅架两侧的每一侧至少固定两根承重柔质高强度绳索。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:固定梁置于椅架内中部。
3、根据权利要求2所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:固定梁的横截面是矩形。
4、根据权利要求2所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:固定梁的横截面是圆形。
5、根据权利要求4所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:圆形固定梁穿过环形扣件并将环形扣件固定在圆形固定梁上,承重柔质高强度绳索扣接在环形扣件上,椅架下设置至少三根稳定柔质高强度绳索。
6、根据权利要求5所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:椅架下设置四根稳定柔质高强度绳索,座椅架下每角设置一根。
7、根据权利要求2所述的防坠防撞座椅,其特征在于:椅架内穿过两个固定梁,每个固定梁与每侧椅架之间固定两根承重柔质高强度绳索。
