本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题，结合信息时代人们工作与生活的需要，设计提供一种右侧立式配置显示屏的出租车，达到增加出租车信息宣传传播功能、使人在乘车中或在行走中即可获取有益信息、提高信息传播效率的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，在车体上位于后风挡玻璃的里侧或外侧右侧部位处立向配装LED显示屏。
本实用新型配装的LED显示屏可根据不同时期、不同用途、不同内容的信息软件在LED显示屏上反映出来，成为信息传播宣传的工具，既可以使乘车人在车内浏览阅读，又可以使非乘车人在车厢外浏览阅读有关信息，成为城市中一道流动地风景线，同时给人以美的视觉享受，具有结构简单、信息变化快捷方便、信息传播效率高、有利于人们获取信息的特点。
