Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,用于电性连接芯片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体及导电端子,绝缘本体包括底壁及围设于底壁四周的侧壁,底壁与侧壁组成一收容空间用于收容芯片模组,绝缘本体设有至少一个卡扣装置用于卡扣芯片模组,其包括一主体部、自主体部延伸设置的钩部及按压部,钩部与芯片模组相卡扣,达到牢固定位芯片模组至绝缘本体的目的,对按压部施加一竖直方向的按压力,可使卡扣装置弹性外张,以方便的组装或者移除芯片模组。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种设有可卡扣芯片模组的卡扣装置的电连接器。
【背景技术】
用于电性连接芯片模组至印刷电路板的平面栅格阵列(Land Grid Array,LGA)插座连接器,其导电端子与芯片模组采用按压接触的方式实现电性连接,芯片模组组装后,其一般仅靠绝缘本体的夹持力达到固定的目的,如图1揭示了一种现有的平面栅格阵列(Land Grid Array,LGA)插座连接器,其包括绝缘本体10及导电端子(未图示),绝缘本体10设有收容空间(未图示)用于收容芯片模组20,芯片模组20组装后,其上一般会组装一散热装置30,达到一散热的目的,此类电连接器常因为绝缘本体10的夹持力不够,在拆除散热装置30时,常常会带出芯片模组20,导致芯片模组20的损坏。
所以,确有必要对现有电连接器的缺失做进一步改良的必要。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电连接器,其在绝缘本体上设置一卡扣装置,可方便有效的卡扣芯片模组使其不会脱落。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种电连接器,其卡扣装置受力可以弹性外张,以方便的组装或者移除芯片模组。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下的技术手段:一种电连接器,用于电性连接芯片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体及导电端子,绝缘本体包括底壁及围设于底壁四周的侧壁,底壁与侧壁组成一收容空间用于收容芯片模组,绝缘本体设有至少一个卡扣装置用于卡扣芯片模组,其包括一主体部、自主体部延伸设置的钩部及按压部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:卡扣装置设有钩部与芯片模组相卡扣,达到牢固定位芯片模组至绝缘本体的目的,同时,可以经由对按压部施加一竖直方向的按压力,使卡扣装置弹性外张,以方便的组装或者移除芯片模组。

【具体实施方式】
如图2、3、4所示,为本实用新型电连接器一最佳实施例,其用于电性连接芯片模组2至印刷电路板(未图示),包括绝缘本体1及导电端子(未图示),绝缘本体1包括平板状的底壁11及围设于底壁11四周的侧壁12,底壁11与侧壁12组成一收容空间(未标示)用于收容芯片模组2,导电端子收容于底壁11设置的容置槽内(未标示)。
绝缘本体1于侧壁12处设有卡扣装置13,在本实施例中,其于相对的两个侧壁12分别设有一卡扣装置13,这并不对本实用新型构成任何的限制,卡扣装置13的数量及位置依具体情况而定,卡扣装置13包括主体部131、自主体部131延伸设置的钩部132及按压部133,主体部131向侧壁12方向延伸设有连接部1311与侧壁12相连,使主体部131与侧壁12仅部分相连,且主体部131与底壁11之间设有贯穿底壁11的通孔111,卡扣装置13在按压部133受竖直方向按压力作用时会弹性外张,连接部1311与通孔111的设置都是为了使卡扣装置13受按压力作用时,更容易弹性外张,其并不对本实用新型构成任何的限制,卡扣装置13与侧壁12及底壁11还可有其他任何连接方式,都可以达到本实用新型的目的。
如图5所示,组装芯片模组2时,对按压部133施加一竖直方向按压力F,使卡扣装置13弹性外张,使芯片模组2轻易的组装至绝缘本体收容空间内,然后释放力量F,此时,钩部132会与芯片模组2相卡扣,使芯片模组2牢固定位于绝缘本体收容空间内,不会出现掉落的现象,同时,拆除芯片模组2时,同样对按压部133施加一竖直方向按压力F,使卡扣装置13弹性外张,钩部132脱离与芯片模组2卡扣的状态,可轻易的取出芯片模组2。
本实用新型重点结构在于:本实用新型电连接器绝缘本体1至少设有一卡扣装置13,其设有钩部132及按压部133,钩部132用于卡扣芯片模组2,经过对按压部133施加一竖直方向的按压力F,可使卡扣装置13弹性外张,以方便的组装或者取出芯片模组2。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,只是为了使读者更好的理解本实用新型,并不对本实用新型构成任何的限制,所以本领域普通技术人员通过阅读本实用新型说明书而对本实用新型技术方案采取的任何等效的变化,均为本实用新型的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (5)

1.一种电连接器,用于电性连接芯片模组至印刷电路板,其包括绝缘本体及导电端子,绝缘本体包括底壁及围设于底壁四周的侧壁,底壁与侧壁组成一收容空间用于收容芯片模组,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有至少一个用于卡扣芯片模组的卡扣装置,其包括主体部、自主体部延伸设置的钩部及按压部,对按压部施加一竖直方向的按压力,可使卡扣装置弹性外张。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有两个相对的卡扣装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部向侧壁方向延伸设有与侧壁连接的连接部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体部与底壁之间设有通孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述钩部与芯片模组相卡扣。
