Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种酒瓶包装盒内衬构件，尤其涉及一种防止酒瓶破碎的保护垫。
背景技术：
目前，大多数的酒瓶包装盒内都没有设置减振内衬，在搬运过程中酒瓶容易破碎而造成损失；为此，有的生产厂商对包装盒进行了改进：在包装盒内设置一块套装在酒瓶颈部的隔离纸板，该纸板能够起到缓冲和固定酒瓶的作用；有的生产厂商还在酒瓶的底部设置一块发泡塑料垫。这些方法虽然一定程度上能够降低酒瓶的破损率，但由于纸板的强度较低，对酒瓶的保护效果不甚理想；而发泡塑料垫的减振效果虽好，但又存在成本较高、容易污染环境、以及包装比较麻烦等缺陷。
实用新型内容：针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、保护效果好、包装方便的酒瓶保护垫。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括本体；所述本体由袋子、装填在该袋子中的酒糟构成。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于将经过脱水处理的酒糟作为减振材料装填于袋子中，因此它既可以围裹于瓶身、又可以垫于瓶底，是一种类似于枕头、能够适应于各种形状和规格酒瓶的柔性保护垫；具有酒瓶包装方便、保护效果好等优点。另外，由于以酒糟作为减振材料，因此不仅环保、而且在一定程度上还可以证明瓶中的酒为真材实料酿造而成，对提高产品的销量有一定的促进作用。
