Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种脉冲除尘器，由支架、箱体与布袋组成，在箱体的上部设有进出气口，在进出气口的下方对应安装有收集尘土的布袋，脉冲电磁控制阀安装在箱体的上部。在铬黄的传统生产过程中，使用这种脉冲除尘器，采用脉冲电磁控制阀控制除尘，可以处理大风量的含尘气体，清灰效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种脉冲除尘器，尤其是一种用于铬黄生产设备中的脉冲除尘器。
背景技术
在铬黄的传统生产过程中，容易产生大量灰尘，因此要进行除尘处理。但一般的除尘处理方式由于分散的风量与风压而难以达到良好的清灰效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种设有脉冲电磁控制阀，利用电磁脉冲控制除尘装置的脉冲除尘器。
它是这样实现的：由支架、箱体与布袋组成，在箱体的上部设有进出气口，在进出气口的下方对应安装有收集尘土的布袋，脉冲电磁控制阀安装在箱体的上部。
本实用新型的优点在于：采用脉冲电磁控制阀控制除尘，可以处理大风量的含尘气体，清灰效果好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由支架4、箱体3与布袋2组成，在箱体3的上部设有进出气口1，在进出气口1的下方对应安装有收集尘土的布袋2，脉冲电磁控制阀5安装在箱体3的上部。
在铬黄生产过程中，产生了大量的灰尘，这时采用脉冲除尘器进行除尘，脉冲电池控制阀开始工作，当电源联通时，布袋集中产生风压，将上空中的灰尘通过空气进气口吸入并收集到布袋中，当电源断开时，布袋中的灰尘因自身的重量而下落到箱体底部，然后再集中进行清理，从而达到除尘的目的。

1、脉冲除尘器，由支架(4)、箱体(3)与布袋(2)组成，其特征在于：在箱体(3)的上部设有进出气口(1)，在进出气管(1)的下方对应安装有收集尘土的布袋(2)，脉冲电磁控制阀(5)安装在箱体(3)的上部。
