Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗保健器械，特别是一种集温灸、温针、中药敷贴、经穴涂搽为一体的中医外治的钟型自动灸罩。
背景技术
中医是中国的一大瑰宝。在中医中，灸条温灸具有温阳益气，防老抗衰，散寒和中，消淤散结，活血止痛，行气导滞，能主治：头昏、头痛、眩晕、颈椎病、腰腿痛、胃腕痛、胃脐痛、痛经、带下、阳痿、阴冷、肾虚腰痛、肥胖病、腰椎骨质增生、气虚体弱、中年早衰，以及各种虚寒性、慢性疾病，特别是适合治疗慢性疲劳综合症。目前，采用灸条进行治疗时，一般是凭中医医师的经验和直觉来控制燃烧的灸条与人体穴位的距离和位置，存在走位不定、无法定量和自动控制温度、一次过长时间、灸条灰容易脱落不易清除或运用不当等缺点而使患者容易灼伤皮肤，疗效不高。
申请人于2002年提出了中国专利号为“ZL02244826.8”名称为“钟型灸罩”的实用新型专利，该专利所记载的灸罩，解决了控制燃烧的灸条与人体穴位的距离和位置难于控制，存在走位不定、一次过长时间、灸条灰容易脱落不易清除或运用不当等缺点而使患者容易灼伤皮肤等问题，但也未能从根本上解决无法定量和自动控制温度的问题，当灸条部分燃烧后，需要手动调整灸条的位置，影响了治疗时间，给患者和医护人员带来了不便，影响治疗效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的灸罩存在的上述技术问题，提供一种钟型自动灸罩。本实用新型解决了灸条部分燃烧后，需要手动调整灸条位置的技术问题，保持灸条燃烧端在罩体内的位置不变，使治疗时间固定，操作简单方便，治疗效果好。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种钟型自动灸罩，包括底座、罩体和罩盖，罩盖上有灸条孔，其特征在于：所述罩盖上设置有与灸条孔对应的灸条托架，灸条孔内设有弹性部件，灸条燃烧端置于灸条托架上，另一端与弹性部件配合。
所述灸条托架为金属网托架。
所述弹性部件为弹簧。
所述罩盖上设有与罩盖成一体的手柄，灸条孔贯通手柄，手柄上设有与灸条孔内的弹簧配合的压盖。
所述灸条托架下方的罩体内设有隔灰网。
所述隔灰网与罩体内腔大小匹配，置于罩体底部上。
所述罩体上设有多个通气孔。
所述罩体底部设有多个连接固定扣。
本实用新型的优点在于：
一、本实用新型中弹簧与灸条托架配合，灸条部分燃烧后，在弹簧的推力作用下，灸条向下移动，保持灸条燃烧端在罩体内的位置不变，解决了灸条部分燃烧后，需要手动调整灸条位置的技术问题，使治疗时间固定，操作简单方便，治疗效果好。
二、本实用新型中弹簧与灸条托架配合，使灸条容易定位，解决了手执悬灸而难于定位的问题。
三、本实用新型能定时定量，可多穴位同时运用进行治疗，安全性高，并且可同时采用多种中医疗法如温针、中药敷贴等，疗效更好。
四、在罩体内设置有隔灰网，隔灰网与罩体大小匹配，置于罩体底部上，拆卸简单方便，易于清洁罩体，可防止灸条燃烧后的灸条灰灼伤患者的皮肤。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括底座1、罩体2和罩盖3，罩盖3上有灸条孔4，在罩盖3上设置有与灸条孔4对应的灸条托架5，灸条孔4内设有弹性部件，灸条燃烧端置于灸条托架5上，另一端与弹性部件配合。其中，灸条托架5为金属网托架，弹性部件为弹簧6或类似装置，在灸条托架5下方的罩体2内设有隔灰网7，隔灰网7与罩体2内腔大小匹配，置于罩体2底部上，拆卸简单方便，易于清洁罩体2，可防止灸条燃烧后的灸条灰灼伤患者的皮肤。在罩盖3上设有与罩盖3成一体的手柄8，灸条孔4贯通手柄8，手柄8上设有与灸条孔4内的弹簧6配合的压盖9，压盖9与手柄8可压迫式连接，也可采用螺纹连接，放置或取出灸条简单方便。在罩体2上设有多个通气孔10，在罩体2底部设有多个连接固定扣11。
本实用新型中，罩体2底部设置的连接固定扣11，可通过绑带、松紧带、绑绳等方式将灸罩固定在人体相应穴位位置上。罩体2可采用一体式结构，也可采用组合式结构，根据实际需要选择。
本实用新型的使用方法如下：将灸条点燃，未燃烧端置于灸条孔4内，燃烧端置于灸条托架5上，再置入弹簧6，盖上压盖9，再将灸罩通过连接固定扣11固定在辨证所选的经穴上，行温灸；或在所选经穴针刺后，将灸罩置于其上，行温针；或在所选经穴贴敷中药后，将灸罩置于其上，行温灸敷贴；或在所选的经穴涂搽药物制剂后，灸罩置于其上，行温灸经穴涂搽。
本实用新型中弹簧6与灸条配合，灸条部分燃烧后，在弹簧6的推力作用下，灸条向下移动，保持灸条燃烧端在罩体2内的位置不变，解决了灸条部分燃烧后，需要手动调整灸条位置的技术问题，保持温度不变，使治疗时间固定，操作简单方便，治疗效果好。且弹簧6与灸条配合，使灸条容易定位，解决了手执悬灸而难于定位的问题。采用本实用新型还能定时定量，可多穴位同时运用进行治疗，安全性高，并且可同时采用多种中医疗法如温针、中药敷贴等，疗效更好。
显然，本领域的普通技术人员根据所掌握的技术知识和惯用手段，根据以上所述内容，还可以作出不脱离本实用新型基本技术思想的多种形式，这些形式上的变换均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、一种钟型自动灸罩，包括底座(1)、罩体(2)和罩盖(3)，罩盖(3)上有灸条孔(4)，其特征在于：所述罩盖(3)上设置有与灸条孔(4)对应的灸条托架(5)，灸条孔(4)内设有弹性部件，灸条燃烧端置于灸条托架(5)上，另一端与弹性部件配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述灸条托架(5)为金属网托架。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述弹性部件为弹簧(6)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述罩盖(3)上设有与罩盖(3)成一体的手柄(8)，灸条孔(4)贯通手柄(8)，手柄(8)上设有与灸条孔(4)内的弹簧(6)配合的压盖(9)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述灸条托架(5)下方的罩体(2)内设有隔灰网(7)。
6、根据权利要求5所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述隔灰网(7)与罩体(2)内腔大小匹配，置于罩体(2)底部上。
7、根据权利要求1所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述罩体(2)上设有多个通气孔(10)。
8、根据权利要求1所述的钟型自动灸罩，其特征在于：所述罩体(2)底部设有多个连接固定扣(11)。
