本实用新型是一种充气式温室保温塑料膜,其特征在于它由基膜(1)、副膜(2)所组成,基膜(1)、副膜(2)重叠并用间隔热合线(4)和周边热合线(5)将两片膜连成一体,两相邻间隔热合线(4)之间是充气条(3),充气条(3)内可充气体。本实用新型成本低,保温性能好,可作为农作物温室大棚的棚面材料,也可作为帐篷篷面的材料,可节省能源,不污染环境,既有经济效益又有社会效益。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种保温膜,特别是一种充气式保温膜。
背景技术
目前国内温室大棚的保温普遍采用单层的塑料膜为棚面,单层的塑料膜保温性能较差。特别是我国北方气温低,温室内外温差大,温室大棚需用燃料供热提温,保温性能较差的单层塑料棚面,损耗热量多,为保持所需要的温室温度,供热要大大增加能耗,增加产品成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,就是为解决上述问题,提供一种保温性能较好的充气式温室保温塑料膜,为温室大棚提供棚面材料。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它由基膜、副膜所组成,基膜、副膜重叠并用间隔热合线和周边热合线将两片膜连成一体,两相邻间隔热合线之间是充气条,充气条内可充气体。
本实用新型,成本低,作为农作物温室大棚的棚面材料,也可作为帐篷篷面的材料,可节省能源,不污染环境,既有经济效益又有社会效益。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的基膜1、副膜2两片塑料膜沿长尺寸方向,每隔15厘米有间隔热合线4,分隔成多个充气条3,沿塑料膜长尺寸方向两侧,有周边热合线5,相邻充气条3之间有通气孔7相通。基膜1、副膜2采用聚乙烯薄膜,基膜1厚为12微米,副膜2厚为7微米。基膜1与副膜2充气后的间距约为10厘米。间隔热合线4和周边热合线5的的宽度为5毫米。间隔热合线4的通气孔7的长度为5厘米。本实用新型每5米有充气口6,作为棚面使用时,铺设完毕后充气,并封闭充气口6。
