Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种名片式手电，其包括一片状的金属本体，该本体由上下两片扣合而成，其中上本体上设有嵌放发光元件的嵌置区，该发光元件为LED集成芯片，另在本体上设有开关及电池，由本体中的导线或电路板电路连接发光元件、开关及电池形成电器回路。由于本实用新型是采用LED集成芯片作为名片式手电的发光元件，并且该发光元件是设在本体的表面，利用该表面令发光元件的数量加多而产生大功率效果以提高照明的亮度，再通过金属本体的设置利用金属导热的特性将发光元件产生的热量及时的散发出去而保证了产品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置，特别是指一种名片型手电。
背景技术
手电作为应急照明装置是人们生活中必须的物品，常见的手电通常都为立体的形状，因而体积相对较大，较占空间而令携带不便。
如中国专利公告号为CN2369071Y的实用新型专利公开了一种“卡片式照明装置”，其是在本体内置设呈薄片状电路板，在本体的上端接设一灯泡，而在灯泡下方设有电池座，其下端设有一弹片，可控制灯泡发光。由此结构可见，该发光元件是采用灯泡发光，若保证产品的薄小，灯泡需设置得足够小方可满足需求，但是手电的亮度势必较弱；因而便有公开号为CN1254407A的中国发明专利申请公开的“卡片式照明器”，其是包括一大致平坦的聚合材料底板，底板内置有电池，在底板侧面设有发光二极管，是通过按压底板可使发光二极管与电池导通而发光，该结构虽然采用发光二极管，其为独立个体的灯珠式发光二极管，并且是设置在底板的侧边，受限于底板的厚度，其只能是并列设置发光二极管，照明的亮度仍旧无法有效提高。随着LED封装技术的不断提高，应用于该薄片式手电中以提高手电照明亮度便是本实用新型需要解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种携带方便、体积小且照明亮度高的名片式手电。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：一种名片式手电，其包括一片状的金属本体，该本体由上下两片扣合而成，其中上本体上设有嵌放发光元件的嵌置区，该发光元件为LED集成芯片，另在本体上设有开关及电池，由本体中的导线或电路板电路连接发光元件、开关及电池形成电器回路。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型是采用LED集成芯片作为名片式手电的发光元件，并且该发光元件是设在本体的表面，利用该表面令发光元件的数量加多而产生大功率效果以提高照明的亮度，再通过金属本体的设置利用金属导热的特性将发光元件产生的热量及时的散发出去而保证了产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2配合图3所示，本实用新型的名片式手电，其包括一片状的金属本体1，该本体1由上下两片11、12扣合而成，其中上本体11上设有嵌放发光元件2的嵌置区111，该发光元件2为LED集成芯片，另在本体1上设有开关3及电池4，因应该手电的名片式薄型设计，该开关3可采用触摸开关或是光敏开关，而电池4是采用薄型的钮扣电池，电池4、开关3与发光元件2之间及由本体1中的导线连接形成电器回路或是在本体1中设有电路板对三者之间进行电路连接。
因为采用LED集成芯片作为发光元件2，可以有效提高手电的照明亮度，而且该发光元件2是设有本体1的表面上，其设置不受限于本体厚度的限制，其可以依需要排列多个以实现大功率的照明效果，再通过金属本体1的设置，实际是利用于金属具导热的特性，利用本体1可对发光元件2产生的热能及时的散发于空气中，以保证产品的使用寿命。
综上，本实用新型的名片式手电，不仅可以实现方便携带、体积小的特点，还可以实现大功率高亮度的照明效果，以提高其手电的实际功效。

1、一种名片式手电，其特征在于：包括一片状的金属本体，该本体由上下两片扣合而成，其中上本体上设有嵌放发光元件的嵌置区，该发光元件为LED集成芯片，另在本体上设有开关及电池，由本体中的导线或电路板电路连接发光元件、开关及电池形成电器回路。
