Abstract
水果包装箱，属果品包装箱的设计与制造技术领域。由箱底和箱盖构成。在箱底的内带有泡沫垫板，在箱盖左右两侧带有折板，折板上带有扣手。在箱盖的中心部带有透明窗。在左右折板的两端部带有凸边，折板的折叠线上带有凸边插口。使用时只是将箱盖按照折叠线折叠，将凸边嵌入凸边插口即可。本产品解决了现有包装箱因为没有扣手而搬运不方便和没有透明窗而无法看清箱内果品质量的问题。是一种理想的水果包装箱，其结构简单，设计合理。

本实用新型属水果包装箱的设计与制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的水果包装箱有纸板制和塑料制，就纸板制包装箱来说，它的上盖都是在构成箱帮的四个面上带有折叠部分，封装时用折叠部分折叠成上盖，再用胶带纸封捆，以保证密封。还有是分箱底和箱盖两部分，箱盖扣装在箱底上。装果后仍采用胶带纸封捆。这样的纸箱的缺点是搬动时只能手捧箱底，很不方便。另外，购买者看不到箱内果品质量如何，又不能每个箱子都打开查看。所以影响水果的销售。另外的塑料制包装箱，除存在搬运不便也无法查看箱内果品质量外，还存在价格昂贵的问题，给果农增加经济负担。因此说目前所使用的水果包装箱不是很理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种搬运方便，又能清楚地看到箱内果品的包装箱，以解决现有包装箱存在的实际问题。
本实用新型的结构如附图所示：由箱底和箱盖构成。在箱底内带有泡沫垫板。在箱盖中心部带有透明窗。在箱盖左右两侧带有折板，折板上带有扣手。在左右折板两端部带有凸边。在左右折板的折叠线印上带有凸边插口。在箱盖的前后侧带有折板。在折板上带有折叠印。前侧折板的左右侧上带有卡片，在后侧折板的左右侧上带有卡口。本实用新型的使用是将上盖按折叠印折叠，卡片卡在卡口内，凸边嵌入凸边插口内。即折成箱盖，装果后，将箱盖扣装在箱底上即可。箱盖上的扣手与箱底上的扣手相重合。构成箱体的扣手。本实用新型由于带有扣手和箱盖上的透明窗。给搬运者带有来方便。从透明窗可以清楚地看见箱内的果品质量，使购买者心明眼亮。另外箱底部带有泡沫塑料垫板又能够减轻搬运过程中由于振动及颠簸对果品的损伤。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理。是一种理想的水果包装箱。解决了现有果箱存在的实际问题。

- 水果包装箱，由箱底7和箱盖6构成，其特征是：在箱底内带有泡沫垫板8，在箱盖中心部带有透明窗3，在左右折板两端部带有凸边1，在左右折板的折叠线印上带有凸边插口2，前侧折板的左右侧上带有卡片9，在后侧折板的左右侧上带有卡口10。
