本实用新型属于高压灭菌器开关门领域。高温高压灭菌器开关门,主要由仓门、门杠构成;通过芯轴将仓门和门杠固定在一起;其特征在于:门杠一端通过一个固定座固定在灭菌器身一边的中间位置;手柄与齿轮轴固定连接,轴套套在齿轮轴之外和门杠固定连接,仓门上固接的齿条与齿轮轴相啮合,门杠内面设有定位孔,定位钉一端固定在灭菌器身上,另一端对正门杠内面的定位孔。本实用新型改善了门与灭菌器之间的紧固性和在门锁紧的过程中受力状态;减轻了一侧齿轮轴的劳损。

本实用新型属于高压灭菌器开关门领域。
背景技术
原先的高压灭菌器开关门是由门体和门杠组成,其中门体通过上下两个固定座固定在灭菌器上。这样,每个固定座都比较窄,而门杠较宽,造成门与灭菌器之间的紧固性差。另外,用于固定门体和门杠的中心芯轴较长,造成门在旋转过程中旷量较大,定位不够精准,在门锁紧的过程中受力状态不均。还有原来门杠的一侧是浮动的,只有在关闭时手轮带动的齿轮轴旋入轴套将其固定,这时受力完全作用到一侧的轴上,久而久之极易造成一侧轴的劳损。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高温高压灭菌器开关门。
高温高压灭菌器开关门,主要由仓门5、门杠2构成;通过芯轴4将仓门和门杠固定在一起;其特征在于:门杠一端通过一个固定座1固定在灭菌器身101一边的中间位置;手柄6与齿轮轴9固定连接,轴套8套在齿轮轴9之外和门杠固定连接,仓门5上固接的齿条7与齿轮轴9相啮合,门杠内面设有定位孔,定位钉10一端固定在灭菌器身101上,另一端对正门杠内面的定位孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于采用了一个固定座固定在灭菌器身一边的中间位置而非两个上下位置,同时缩小了芯轴的长度,从而改善了门与灭菌器之间的紧固性和在门锁紧的过程中受力状态;又在灭菌器身101的一侧加装定位钉10,在门杠内面设定位孔,使在门锁紧的过程中受力分散到门的两侧而非一侧受力,减轻了一侧齿轮轴的劳损。

参见附图1、附图2:高温高压灭菌器开关门,主要由仓门5、门杠2构成;通过芯轴4将仓门和门杠固定在一起;其特征在于:门杠一端通过一个固定座1固定在灭菌器身101一边的中间位置;手柄6与齿轮轴9固定连接,轴套8套在齿轮轴9之外和门杠固定连接,仓门5上固接的齿条7与齿轮轴9相啮合,门杠内面设有定位孔,定位钉10一端固定在灭菌器身101上,另一端对正门杠内面的定位孔。
上述高温高压灭菌器开关门,芯轴4的长度为42mm。
上述高温高压灭菌器开关门,仓门与灭菌器身之间设有密封圈3。

1、高温高压灭菌器开关门,主要由仓门、门杠构成;通过芯轴将仓门和门杠固定在一起;其特征在于:门杠一端通过一个固定座固定在灭菌器身一边的中间位置;手柄与齿轮轴固定连接,轴套套在齿轮轴之外和门杠固定连接,仓门上固接的齿条与齿轮轴相啮合,门杠内面设有定位孔,定位钉一端固定在灭菌器身上,另一端对正门杠内面的定位孔。
